We had a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely return.

The property was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would have expected more given the price.

The food quality and service were good. Portion sizes were adequate. Server was pleasant. Hermosa Inn was probably terrific in its day, but it needs a facelift.

The table we were given was dark and the music was too loud. Lon's seems more geared towards outdoor dining, but due to the weather we preferred an indoor table.

Quiet, hidden away resort in Scottsdale

Great place for a getaway, anniversary or honeymoon. Has atmosphere of a serene oasis. Landscaping is beautiful, and we had a private hot tub outside of our casita. Pool area is welcoming and quiet. Casita was very comfortable, cool, and quiet. The outside patio was a nice bonus.

The only thing that needs improvement is how long it took to get hot water in the shower. They need a heater circulator to provide instant hot water to that unit. Also, they need to clean the clerestory windows more often.

Excellent. The Hermosa Inn will be our place to stay from now on when visiting Phoenix area.

Breakfast was good. Valentine's dinner was excellent. However, we would have preferred the large, front dining patio to the Sunset Patio.

Beautiful Inn with exceptional service! Our room was absolutely amazing - rustic charm.

I booked our stay at Hermosa Inn for a romantic getaway for his 60th birthday. The room was absolutely beautiful - it was like a private bungalow with the fireplace and soaking tub. I reserved a table for dinner and we ate on the restaurant's patio by lantern light. The wait staff was outstanding - as was the staff who served us poolside. The grounds are lovely and this made our launch point for day hikes. I can't say enough about how wonderful this stay was. Thank you!

Lovely, quiet and beautiful surroundings with an attentive staff that makes you feel at home.

What struck me the most was your staff…from the minute I walked in, to the valet, the hostess, the restaurant servers, the massage, etc. Hold onto these people, they are treasures !

The Hermosa Inn is the most wonderful vacation spot in the USA !

I love everything about this fabulous resort !! There is inly one place I loved equally . . . that is in Sri Lanka I can visit The Hermosa Inn much more often !

The price is a wee bit steep for me, but the place is so wonderful it is a gift to myself and I would gladly pay more !

Just stayed one night but that one night was very peaceful/quiet, got good sleep after a long day.

It was a beautiful hideaway in the desert, very spacious. Loved the peaceful garden.
