Um quarto decente com razoável conforto, uma boa localização

A localização é estratégica para ficar na região metropolitana de Louisville com custo baixo.

A política de limpeza da acomodação não é boa. O agendamento prévio não funcionou. Ficamos 8 dias no hotel e o quarto foi limpo apenas 1 vez, mesmo assim com muita insistência. Os ítens do café da manhã se esgotavam cedo e não eram repostos. Houve dias que não havia mais pão disponível.

Very good

The room felt like it was beyond damp. The bedding felt wet. When we got home and unpacked our clothing it was very damp!!!

Even being short staffed, our stay was good.

The friendliness of the staff. Beds were very comfortable. Outside pretty clean. They were short of help and the Manager jumped in and did all she could herself. Manager helped solve a problem.

The breakfast bar appeared not to have been clean the first day of our stay. But the manager was training a new crew member and she diligently helped to clean We had to go get our own towels and take out the trash. They offered no cleaning service during our stay for the price we paid it would have been nice to have the option.

During my stay the parking lot was being coated. The morning I was to leave someone started pounding on my door to tell me to move my car. It was early and it scared me to death! Even after I acknowledge the worker, he kept pounding on my door as I was trying to get dresssed so I could come out and moved my car. It would have helped if I had been verbally told the night before that my car need moved in the morning.

The ice machine by my room was broken. The washer was broken as well an you had to buy drinks from the front desk but most the time they were hot drinks.

I had to move from a previous motel and this one was very friendly.

Room was cleaned and did not smell like animals. Beds were very comfortable. Also the in room coffee, and the breakfast bar was great. I will be sure to make reservations for this property for my next trip to Clarksville.

Not a lot of ample parking since they were in the process of sealing the parking lot. The night person told us to park across the street in a very dark lot.

Was close to shopping and eating areas. Felt safe, in the area.

Breakfast was hot, area was very clean and sanitized. Staff was available for questions and provided all items requested. Desk Clerk was friendly and professional.

Front door was squeaked every time someone entered or left, was annoying.

I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone I cared about.

the sheets where dirty, the room smelled, the shower had nasty white stuff all in it like bird poop. they had dirty towels folded as if they were clean. when we asked for clean towels we were told they didn’t have anymore. so we couldn’t even take a shower after driving 6 hours and being up all day the day before. I wouldn’t stay here again ever. also, they have “hot”breakfast but it was all rubber tasting and cold.

it was the worst of the worst. We’ve literally got cussed out from a hotel worker for putting dirty laundry in their dir

nothing the hotel was disgusting. The staff cursed us out for putting dirty sheets in her laundry, laundry basket, the management, embarrassed us, tried to call the cops on us to leave and charged us. They’re all in it together. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I was harassed very badly by the staff . We will never ever be back again. it was the worst place ever . they would not give us the owners name. They said they cannot provide that I would think that if I was the owner I would want to know this I will be calling OSHA and the health department tomorrow. It was so bad

everything it was dirty . The staff was very unprofessional and they were very nasty to us just like the hotel was I guess when you have people like that running, it goes to show you what kind of people they allowing it.

The little things make the difference and this hotel doesn’t pay attention to the little things.

convenient location at a reasonable price.

staff was not very friendly. The room could have been cleaned better. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod that we didn’t notice until we took a shower in the morning. 🤢. There were stains on the comforter which was covered up by a top sheet. The door didn’t seal very well, I would imagine in the winter it would be a little chilly. The breakfast was meh.

The property is decent, located near shopping and highway

property was centrally located to the venue needed.

Didn’t like the doors are outside and the listing doesn’t say it’s a motel! I didn’t like the night clerk who didn’t let me into the hotel lobby to check in, but allowed two other women behind me to come in. Staff may need diversity training.

Comfortable bed and great shower.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure amazing!

There was a gap between the door and the henge. I could see daylight through it. The room could have been much cleaner. There was also rods sticking out from under the bed. I almost racked my ankle a few times.

the shower head in our room was horrible u turn it on the water shot out to on the floor and the shower curtain was to short. The bed was not really comfortable.
