This place the stone lodge is amazing staff is great. They shuttled us over to the water park. Mind you I am disabled with 2 disabled kids with me. One of the 3 boys went under. Lifeguard don't watch. Best of all I had my service dog which 5lbs mind you. in here pouch having a blast with our kids. And a Kid in my book tried to tell me my service dog isn't allowed. I need to leave. I kindly told him know we have been here this long known. Not only he got the main manager. He walks past me, so we were thinking it was about the screaming kid. No I finally walked up an ask him if my service dog that he walked clear past her. Kicks me of the slide Then had the nerve to tell me being disable Im not allowed either. SO VERY GOOD at the Stone Lodge them Ladies helped so much and were so amazing with the care we got. I would go back again. We loved it why we could that 1hr and half play. Long story short Stay at stone lodge. Water park is fun very fun. But management. Offered us a cards to play on the attractions. Well again kids are autistic so few things they can do.

Oh being kicked off for a service animal that played and 3 kids 2 disabled and me disabled. Wilderness management and staff. Like I said we will probably maybe take our kids at.

The location

The patio was never cleaned we couldn’t even sit out there it was disgusting, our blanket had cigarette holes on it, trash throughout the hotel was never changed and over flowing, suppose to have breakfast included and the pancake machine never worked I’ve stayed there three times and I won’t be coming back.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was just okay.

The woman in the lobby that checked us in was extremely rude to me and my wife on different occasions throughout our stay. There was no place in the room to hang your bath towels.

Great place to stay. Everyone was friendly especially the desk clerks. The rooms was comfortable size and very clean. Loved the creek right off our balcony.

dont like soft pillows and needed a thicker blanket

Front desk was very nice and cordial. Breakfast was good and the gentlemen who worked it was ver very friendly.
