Good value, good location, easy parking.

Location was superb. It was clean and quiet and the room itself was well furnished.

The motel is very run down, wall paper peeling, etc. Nevertheless, it was a very GOOD VALUE.

The beds were comfortable. It was cleaned.

I reserved a room 5 months before event, my name was mixed up on reservations and I booked a single King size bed and got 2 doubles. Pricey

It’s not the most luxurious place in Tahoe, but it’s surprisingly pleasant for the price.

The location is amazing, the facilities are clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. THERE WAS A CAT!!

The room was still being cleaned when we arrived, but was finished shortly there after.

Wonderful being next to Lake Tahoe with a room overlooking the golf course.

Quiet, So we were able to sleep well.

Front desk receptionist and location. Good warnings about hungry bears coming out of hibernation. New better coffee in reception area. Fridge/microwave in room.

Continental breakfast could have more variety such as yoghurt or bread and toppings (pb, jam). Door locks not functioning with key cards.

Basic good stay in Tahoe

Location to Lake Tahoe & eateries, comfy king bed, small ensuite & storage, great helpful staff, free parking, clean & quiet

What we expected for what we paid.

Worth the price that we paid. Comfortable. Friendly staff.

Pretty run down. Carpet was stained/old. Lampshades had holes in them. Stairwell was run down. No elevator.

Great location, old and needs updating

The location was good.

It's old and really needs to be updated!!! The deck on the back of the room leans towards the golf course and it felt like we could fall over the railing. We also had an encounter with a bear. When we checked in thy informed us that were bears in the area and not to leave any food in our car. We didn't. When we returned from dinner and we were getting out of the car there were two bears going through the garbage cans near the stairs leading to our room and there was a bear on the second floor walking by rooms. Quit exciting to say the least.

A quiet, affordable older motel, conveniently located in Tahoe City.

An older property that shows its age but is decent and reasonably priced. Excellent location just across from the lake and many nearby businesses. Most rooms are set back somewhat from the street so is quiet with an open grass golf course immediately behind it. Includes a contintental style breakfast. Reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

The front desk was friendly

Location to restaurants, old motel with BEAR threats & warnings. Ceiling fan which I usually like felt as if it would come off Ceiling & injure me. Regular air conditioner didn't regulate.

Good location

The saving grace of this hotel is that the location is great. The beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The outside of the property is rundown. The pool was closed (no water). The hot tub was not working. There was no real breakfast, just coffee and packaged pastries in the lobby. Also the orange juice was not refilled during the time we were there. So there is quite a bit of incorrect advertising. I also want to add, that I was double charged (once by booking.com and once by the property) and 30 days later am still dealing with that.

Love Tahoe

Always clean, staff is great, and you can't beat the location.

Not that I care because the lake is across the street but they pool does not exist anymore, they should take it off the website. Also the beds aren't very comfortable, maybe time for new mattress.
