Great one day stay.

Great Location in a Historical Building. Clean Comfortable and easy access to Restaurants

The Hotel does not provide bottled water. I found it kind of odd that they have a coffee/tea maker with Coffee and tea for the making but no bottled water to make the coffee you can buy it at the front desk or use tap water.

nice hotel and rooms. very well kept.

parking stinks. we paid for the on-site parking and it was full both nights when we got back to hotel. they gave us back our money so made it right.

Great, clean stay in West Chester town in beautifully restored theatre!

I like the idea of repurposing the movie theatre...there are still many remnants of it, bannisters, marquee...I would love to see the pictures of its prior life...maybe I just didn't see them. Room was quite large, bath clean, bed super comfy, linens were nice, towels were generous. Breakfast had a good variety, it was pleasing! $5 Parking garage has in and out privileges and bills the room directly. I don't think the walk back is unsafe, seems fine.

The parking is a bit of a chore to get the hang of, but once understood, it was fine. The $5 lot is the first alley after the front door, it's a huge parking garage not a lot. You get a pay ticket from front desk, you go in the lot and get a yellow card (not soccer) and walk out. When you take the car out you give yellow ticket and swipe the pay ticket. It bills your room which is nice. Traffic lanes are a bit tight locally, goes with the territory.

HOTEL IS CONVENIENT TO ALL WEST CHESTER HAS TO OFFER. VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED. GOOD OPTIONS FOR PARKING.

Very nice accommodation close to our family.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast adequate. Accommodated our late checkout request.

Other patrons in the hallway were noisy in the middle of the night.

Reasonable one not stay

The place was spotless and the staff were kind and went above and beyond to help. The mattress was cozy, the soap and lotion smelled good and there were sufficient towels and wash cloths.

The entire hotel was dated (very neat) but dated. Also, the breakfast was on par with a Microtel inn, which was sad. The parking seemed expensive for West Chester.
