My stay was overall very good.

I loved the quaint feel of the property and the rooms were clean and very nice.

That the indoor pool was not heated and the Jacuzzi was broken.

Should be a little cheaper

The location was good. The hotel needs some updating and repair. Our ceiling was black in several places for some reason and the shampoo dispenser just fell off randomly which caught us off guard. The ceiling in the hallway had holes as well.

Wasn’t that good TV didn’t work so I was uncomfortable

The Inn at Rehobeth was adequate for our needs, but we would not book there again.

The king-sized bed in our room was very comfortable. The color palette and decorations of the room were pleasing. While not all staff were great, there were several very helpful staff members. The waffle makers for the continental breakfast were a big hit!

Our booked room was not ready at the time we had scheduled to check-in and the desk attendant seemed unconcerned and didn't really engage with us personably. The carpets were not particularly clean in the lobby and stairway to the upstairs. The sitting area of the room was dimly lit and not well cooled by the AC. The continental breakfast had very limited warm items. The hot tub was not working and the pool was very sandy.

The room had ants and the water would not go down in the sink without me having to lift the plug up with my hand.

Nice upgrades. Keep it going. You should be a minimumn rating 3 star, not 2 star

We have stayed before many times since it was AmericInn. We could see the very nice upgrade. Much improved. Pool was nice.

Breakfast variety could be better. Hot tub jets were terrible, out of control, not relaxing. We had ants in our room. Dont like barking dogs. Bath towels are old and need to be replaced.

Breakfast had no fresh fruit or pastries, as listed in official hotel description, and there was no yogurt offered No overhead light, only light was by bed or bathroom No closet or hangars Missing a bath towel and I had to ask for one TV was not plugged in and I had to get help

this property was close to all the events that weekend the indoor pool was a perfect way to relax and the room was spacious clean and prefect breakfast was delicious and convenient the staff was knowledgeable,accommodating and extremely attentive as well as very pleasant highly recommend this establishment

GOOD STAY! JAMAICAN MAN was GREAT, he checked us in, and had a great personality!

No carpet in the rooms, which is great! Great improvement!

Children in hot tub, which we reported. Staff did tell parents, but as soon as he left, the were back in. NEED A SIGN IN THERE! Need pastries and yogurt at breakfast.

I can’t get over the musty smell.

The location was good, close to the outlets. The room was spacious. They have good coffee.

Our room had a disgusting musty smell, I could not get over it all night and could not wait to check out. The bathroom was old with rusty metal fixtures and noisy vent. I can’t believe I paid over $200 for this place. The staff was nice and I have to say they are keeping the place clean despite being outdated. Breakfast is very limited.

Was a great stay!

The staff are great and the hot continental-style breakfast was a bonus. I've stayed years ago and the modern look inside of the renovation looks great! Hopefully the outside will get touched up soon to match!

The renovation looks great but there are still some minor design flaws or touches in the room missing that are needed. We booked a few rooms on this trip. One didn't have a room phone nor formal closet, just hooks and there were spider webs. The 2 room suite flow of room is not practical to use the bathroom and Bathroom did have rack or hooks to hang towels or clothes. And a few room doors were tough to open/close.

A weekend at the beach

The room was clean. Staff was helpful when we needed towels.

Walls were pretty thin. The neighbors dog spent hours barking one night. The people speeding through the parking lot at night made it hard to sleep.
