Wunderbar

Die Lage ist super! Die Zimmergröße war für uns ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) gut. Leider war die Matratze des Schlafsofas sehr hart, das Bett hingegen war sehr bequem. Schade war, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wurde. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Nice location but receptionist completely useless

Albergo carino, posizione ottima!

Signorina alla reception PESSIMA: dopo 2 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo dovuto prenotare una notte in più perché il volo è stato cancellato: la receptionist ci ha detto che il divano-letto forse non era pronto e che lei non l’avrebbe fatto. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli e la stessa receptionist ci ha consegnato i tag dei bagagli perché noi li mettessimo sui bagagli, ritagliassimo il tagliandino e portassimo le valigie nel ripostiglio. Questo non è un servizio da albergo 3-4 stelle!!!!

Estuvo bien, podría ser mejor.

La habitación era amplia, y cómoda. El personal fue súper nice

Variedad del desayuno El precio es alto para los amenities que tienen. Si bien te dan sillas y sombrillas las tenes que llevar vos a la playa. Otros hoteles por el mismo Precio o menos tienen el servicio en la playa. El parking está muy caro al rededor en los estacionamientos públicos, por spring break aunque lo dejes pocas hs te cobran 40 usd. Y de jueves a domingo no podes dejar el auto para bajar valijas en la puerta poruqe está cerrado y te multan.

We enjoyed our time at the Marlin so much that we extended our stay. Would absolutely book this again!

-location in the art deco district/ close to beach -beautiful building -nice rooms -friendly staff -very clean

-elevator, AC and street are audible at times -prices for snacks and drinks a bit high

Nice hotel close to the beach.

We liked it! Great location, in the middle of everything, close to the beach. Very nice and clean rooms. Bed is very comfortable. Shower was very nice. We got chairs, sun umbrella and beach towels and walk down few minutes to the beach. Receptionist was very nice and supportive. There is Italian restaurant downstairs and food was actually good.

It is a bit noisy but this is related to the location mostly. Stuff at breakfast is absolutely not interested, impolite and not saying a word. Breakfast could be organized much better with same setting and small investment. Tables were dirty and no one took plates from previous guest. For 500$ a night I would expect much more.

Expensive, but good enough for a few days.

Location

Had an unpleasant episode with cleaner woman who broke my CPAP and had an attitude because I needed to stay in the room while she made the room. We all have to work.

Great value

Location, location, location- within walking distance to beaches, clubs, shops, rental car agencies… hotel is nicely furnished, very comfortable and has great staff. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is offered but could be improved.

Great location, all you need within walking distance: beach; nightlife; restaurants; walking paths

Arrived on Wed. April 19, 2023 approximately 11:00 AM. Considering the reservation was made well in advance by at least a month, I thought check-in would be flexible. After very long travel itineraries were exhausted to finally arrive at the hotel in Miami, I could uses a shower and nap. Although the hotel did not appear to be busy, we were not allowed to check in early as the room was not ready. I've traveled to 36 different countries and countless US destinations, and hotels have almost always tried to accommodate an earlier than expected arrival.

historic property close to beach nice rooms and lobby

unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I asked a simple question and the concierge said they didn’t know, but I could look it up! also, very noisy location in the evenings.
