It was a nice, quiet motel, with very comfortable beds.

There was no breakfast. The location was great.

There were too many bugs in the room. The bathroom was tiny and not updated.

Comfortable stay

The size of our room, comfortable bed and pillows, a restaurant on site, attentive staff. Very quiet despite being on a main road. Close to many beautiful beaches.

The only negative thing is the water pressure in the shower. Very very low independent of the time of day/night.

Superb

Location is excellent, next to Arnold's and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

It covered the basics.

Location, clean and bed comfortable . Fit the bill but nothing to write home about. Just had the basics.

Sink, no double lock, cloth chairs, no Netflix.

The rooms were spacious. The location was perfect, right in between the national seashore and the more populated towns of the mid-cape!

It is clear they have made significant upgrades to the property and continue to do so.

Rooms were filthy and outdated wood. All broken up on TV. Stand room was dirty.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very nice pool!

Room was very basic. Also, the bathroom mirror was hung so high on the wall that only the tallest person in our family could use it. Even standing on my toes, at 5'4" I could not even see the top of my head. Very weird placement.

Staff was pleasant, room clean, bed comfortable and water was hot.

I didn't have breakfast but I have stayed there before and it was good. I usually spend my time between Orleans and P. Town so it was centrally located to everything.

Outside could use some upgrades but overall not bad.

It just was a relaxing experience swimming pool right there restaurant right now right there restaurant right next door Mini golf next door. Staff was nice

The only thing that wasn't the greatest was the water pressure.
