Unpleasant and false advertisement.

Location.

The room was advertised as something it was not. It was extremely small and rough for a family of 4 in that tiny room and bathroom. Unpleasant all the way round!!!

Well maintained historic motel with friendly staff and great location.

The property was easy to find and very clean. We enjoyed how it was an older drive up motel that had been renovated and maintained well. The facility is family owned and everyone was very kind. It was also a secure location with easy access to places in Payson.

I trust and respect the boys that work there

The brothers running the place are great people and very helpful and understanding. I had an emergency happen in Phoenix with a close friend of mine needing up in the hospital and I had to leave immediately, when I called the next morning to make sure everything was okay. I was assured by one of the brothers that it would be.

When I took a shower it was so small that pretty much all of the water ended up on the floor and flooded my clothes and wallet and everything and it took me an hour to clean it up myself even though I was already physically exhausted so that out a huge damper on my night (pun not-intended). I’m curious if all the bathrooms are this size, because if so I don’t understand how that possibly works.

We were very happy and have no complaints, new owners very accommodating

New owners as of 5/1/24. Very clean, one story, parking in front of room, beds extremely comfortable, large TV, restaurant next door & across street. Owners quick to accommodate your needs.

staff super understanding! -I didn't stay due to undisclosed pet fee beyond my budget during booking

The staff was fantastic, super helpful and very understanding! I ended up not staying, but because they were so understanding of the situation, I would stay there next time.

I booked this online through Booking.com when it showed up under a search for pet friendly motels. Unfortunately, when I got there I discovered there was an extra $15 for my pet to stay with me. This was not disclosed when I booked. I had decided to spend a little extra money on a local motel rather than a chain. So the extra fee was just too much for my budget when I already spent a bit more. So the staff was incredibly helpful in canceling the reservation so I could mosey on down the road to a more affordable pet friendly hotel. So much so would stay there next time I am in Payson, AZ.

Great, kind welcome, clean, spacious, comfortable room!

Very clean rooms. Linens smelt fresh & there was no carpet, which is always a plus!

Staff was very nice and helpful. room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Hotle is close to everything you need.

The bed was advertised as a queen more like a Full-size bed my husband and I did not sleep well the bed was hard for $160 a night the bed should be the size as advertised I won’t stay there again

Disappointing

Only one electrical outlet worked for cell phone charging. Room we stayed in was clean, bed was comfortable, shower worked well. Bare bones for everything else. Nothing fancy, but I guess we got what we paid for.

Decorations were old. No electrical outlets for cell phones.

Great place to stay in Payson

The owner was very pleasant and friendly. The entire grounds was extremely clean and well maintained.

The parking was a little tight. Spaces were a little to close.

The very best.

The man at the desk was very accommodating & did his very best with helping my parents check-in after some confusion with the booking. He went out of his way to make sure they were comfortable & that their standards were met. I never got to tell him thank-you but he genuinely cared for my parents & that's something I'll always appreciate.

It was a great stay and good choice of place to stay.

The room was pleasantly neat and clean. Could tell it had been remodeled and updated. The building is old but inside was new. The people were very pleasant and helpful.
