Lovely family-run motel

Family-run, well-maintained traditional style motel in a beautiful setting run by a really friendly and welcoming team. Fresh, home-made continental breakfasts made for great starts to every day. Thoroughly recommended.

perfect!!

Everything was perfect! Rooms were clean, location was perfect, host were attentive, property was beautiful, breakfast baskets, fire pit and corn hole were a plus. Would definitely recommend!!

The only thing I’d recommend would be a couple extra racks to hang towels, but otherwise everything was great!!

We will stay again, when we return.

Location was good for our purposes. Aunt lives close by. 7-11, bar, liquor store...all close. Fridge in room with a sofa. Outdoor seating.

One of the beds was so uncomfortable...neither of us could sleep on it.

a wonderful location and relaxing retreat!

the personalized service was fantastic! Phil was so welcoming and made us feel like family. the fire pit was incredible and the pool was pristinely clean.

the air filter in the AC unit needed replaced but Phil was on top of this once I brought it to his attention

Superb

This was a quick stay for us but I absolutely loved it. The room was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. I loved all the little touches, for example the black makeup towel, so clever! Phil was awesome at communicating and left perfect directions. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

wonderful

The excellent service. The owners and staff all make sure you enjoy your stay. breakfast was wonderful and the additional use of bikes and beach chairs an unexpected gift. the grounds are lovely with a nice pool, grill area, fire pit and beautiful landscaping. we would definitely come back if we visit the Cape again.

our room was small, but we got a nice patio seating to make up for this.

IWe were in town for a nearby wedding; Sesuit Harbor house was comfortable and convenient.

The owners are very personable and accommodating.

I have teenage-boys the WIFI could have been stronger - but that was their complaint for all of Cape Cod.

Family friendly with nice amenities- fire pit and staff brought out things to make s’mores for the kids. Delicious breakfast pastries and yogurt parfaits served in picnic baskets.

Loved the family style place, the breakfast, and the friendly, accommodating owner.

The breakfast was awesome, particularly the overnight oats. The room was comfortable and bright and well sized for the 3 of us. The owner was very present and accommodating.

The air conditioner, while is worked adequately, was not the type that shut off when it reached temp so it just blew on fan. I would have preferred it to turn off. I would have preferred a ground floor room, but that was my fault as I did not request one but I did not know the set up when I booked. The railings on the stairs could be replaced as they were a bit splintery. All in all this is a wonderful, family place.

We loved how clean everything is, the beautiful outdoor space, the pool, the fire pit, the breakfast

The only negative was there isn't a lot of shelving or places to organize your things but that is a minor inconvenience!

Very clean, close to restaurants and shops. Pool, fire pit, grills.Excellent and friendly customer service . We could not have asked for anything nicer
