Love the hotel.

Walked in to a clean lobby. when we got on the floor of our room you can definitely smell the cleaner they used in the hallway (also an employee was cleaning the walls) walled into the room and it was spotless. Breakfast was pretty good (could probably add some hot food).

Mmm nothing that I can think of.

Happy we booked on a discounted rate, but still felt we over paid.

Comfortable bed

Entire first floor under renovation - windows open into rooms with old material tossed in like garbage. Hallways were pungent with marijuana. Very thin walls and doors. Poor towel quality - very thin material.

Perfect place for a getaway

The rooms were big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic.

Our only complaint and it wasn’t even a big deal was that we had a table in our king room but did not have any chairs.

PROBABLY WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN

BATHROOM DOOR SCRAPED THE FLOOR SO IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WE HAD TO LIFT THE DOOR SO NOT TO DISTURB PEOPLE BELOW US. ICE MAKER DIDN'T WORK. BEDS WERE SMALLER THAN I THOUGHT. 2 PEOPLE IN A BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE

Great value pool is clean and the breakfast is a nice touch. Beds are comfortable and the room is inviting.

Very nice stay

The receptionist (I think her name was - Terilyn) was an exceptional employee! She even showed me how to install an Uber app on my phone to get a car to take me to the event that I was attending. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive to my needs. Overall, you should be commended on having a very personable and friendly staff.

Location, parking, breakfast, drink selection, staff.

TV was tough to use. Wifi kept cutting out. Tub was not very clean. Most receptacles in room were tòo loose to use.

The pool

TV was difficult to operate. The bed was not on a stable base. There were some metal bars strung underneath the bed to hold it up but were all bent. The box spring was old, broken and very stained. The mattress was old and has no stability. The phone was old and discolored and didn’t even want to touch it. There wad a loud humming noise all the time made for a bad nights sleep all around.

The hotel WiFi was strong enough. The room service was good. The environment is Seren.

The Breakfast is good with couple of varieties. I think I like the Hotel arena. The environment is quite and clean for my liking. The Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Keep it up.

Hotel name is CLARION POINTE HOTEL. But on arrival, I saw DAYS INN. I was confused for a while. I asked again before I was redirected. I think the Old name of the hotel (Days Inn) should be changed to reflect the current name which is CLARION POINTE HOTEL.

Booked a room here due to our apartment being destroyed by fire and smoke damage. Upon arrival we were told we would need an additional $200 deposit on top of what we already paid because we live in the city the hotel is located. We went elsewhere
