One night. Not bad at all..

Convenient to where we needed to go.

The heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Things in room could have been updated. Not awful though..

very unhappy that you would have a place like Speedway in as an option for someone to stay and not be allowed to cancel

the entire room was in need of repairs

broken furniture, torn and stained sofa. the basin in bathroom was clogged and water drained extremely slow, floors were dirty and needed washed.

we would book again in a heartbeat, very close to Bristol Motor Speedway

last minute change of plans due to the weather, and we were even able to check in early

really everything was great, it was a older motel but everything was clean and in good working order

close to speedway

very old. no updates in furnishings. no glasses for water. very few electrical outlets. had to buy an extension cord. expensive for such an old hotel. cashed in on raceway event!

The staff there were nice and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again

I was able to get a military discount there and it was conveniently located to a lot of places to eat at also.

I don't think I had a lot to complain about during my stay there.

Not happy at all

Decent price and the sheets were clean. Very good water pressure.

It's very old , out dated, flies in my room. Just looked so old dingy and durty

The tub was dirty and soap stuck down the drain the heater in bathroom looked like it could be a fire trap the fuse box didnt have a cover on it one wall socket didnt have a cover over it the room was in very poor shape and no coffee

Room wasn’t clean! Air conditioner took almost six hours to cool the room. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Bugs on bathroom vanity, refrigerator door was broken and unable to close so I couldn’t use the refrigerator, microwave wasn’t clean from previous uses! Just a mess!

one of the most peaceful and relaxing stays ive had anywhere

the staff here at the speedway in went above and beyond what was exepcted. I have never been at a hotel that had a more kind courteous and caring staff than this motel. I will be doing an extended stay there soon.

the only dislike i had was there was no coffee pot in the room, but i brought mine with me. plus there are plenty of places within walking distance to get a coffee. still wouldn't trade this place for any other motel in the bristol Tennessee area

Will not return to Bristol, terrible experience all the way around.

The older man that cleaned the rooms, he was a complete sweetheart.

The toilet had pee all over it, it was poorly cleaned. The mirror wasn't cleaned. Everything was dusty. The location was awful. If you visit from out of town, expect to be visited by the police. According to police, it is a known drug location, so they will single you out if youre not from there.

Horrifying

There was nothing about this accommodation that was pleasing or good. It was a terrible experience overall and the owner of this hotel was one of the worst individuals I’ve ever met in my life. His business should be removed from your platform, it tarnishes the booking.com reputation.

The owner was absolutely awful, he wasn’t nice at all, his attitude was terrible and he didn’t refund my money back to my card so basically he stole from me. I will be writing further reviews about this man booking.com should remove him from the platform.
