The inn was comfortable, accommodating and extremely friendly and even a little educational.

The Inn was quaint and very clean. The staff extremely courteous and accommodating. Loved the dog Stella Pete was such a nice guys and even threw in some educational facts.

Don’t stay at the Ashley Inn

For almost $300/night in the off-season, there’s nothing to like about The Ashley Inn unfortunately. Little to no amenities, no receptionist, no coffee, not anything. I understand it’s winter - however, the cost per night cannot be justified. The kitchen - filthy, and it seemed as though it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. A poor choice, and I wouldn’t recommend The Ashley Inn to anyone.

I recommend The Ashley but water in the room and AM coffee would have perfected the stay.

The room and the Inn was very comfortable and unique.

Great room, with lots of space. Fred is a great owner and host of the Inn. Very convenient walk to downtown Edgartown and 3.2 miles from Katama/South Beach

Peter was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable during our stay at the Ashley Inn.

A light breakfast was provided and the coffee and pastries were very good.

The mattress and box springs were deep so getting in bed could have used a step stool.

Breakfast was LOVELY. Location is superb! Staff was friendly and helpful. Very cozy and well-decorated.

Might be helpful if they had a better process for storing luggage before/after checking in or check out.
