Great place to stay

It was very nice. Great location. It was very clean.

I wish there was more available parking. Once we found parking we parked it and didn't move it.

Decent, good location but no amenities and staff is discombobulated

The location is perfect, it's close to everything including the beach and restaurants.

The staff was rude, room service is done only by request (which is fine but it'd be nice if that was made more clear), parking for the three reserved spots in the front is an extra charge (not a big deal if you find a good spot elsewhere and just stay parked there), and there are no amenities such as breakfast, washer/dryer etc. One staff person will tell you something and the next will tell you something else (this is in regard to the room I booked that had pictures of an entirely different room).

Walking distance to almost everything you could want.

Steps from the beach and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very poor

The location.

The beds, the price, the noise, no parking, no coffe cups. Couldnt use our keys and had to drive to La Jolla to get them rekeyed.

don’t stay here due to the fact that you aren’t guaranteed parking.

it was a nice location and was clean

no parking. we were told we could park next door across from another hotel in public parking. we got a $52 citation for parking there. i feel that the place should provide enough parking for their customers. i feel that they should discount me the cost of the citation and i will be contacting them about it.

Love everything about it except entering an unwelcoming front desk.

Front desk lady was EXTREMELY rude.

Exceptional

Loved how close the beach was and the shops. Felt super safe walking around at night as everything was really close. Beach was definitely that stand out.

Our room was one with a partial ocean view, loved it.

Great location and clean rooms. We had a few issues with our room and the staff was professional and very helpful. Our room issues were not the managements or properties fault, it was previous occupants mischief. Highly recommend this location.

To avoid the lack of parking issues we rented a space from the hotel.

good value, just wish it was a little more clean and upkept

the view was pretty good, and wasn’t overly expensive for a king bed room

the floors had sand from previous guests I assume. so that was a big turn off

It was nice and peaceful. I enjoyed having the windows open during the day!

I love being so close to the beach. The rooms were very clean. They employees work hard to keep the sand away. Hard to live without wifi but I made it work. Thanks!!

I was not able to get on the wifi on any of my devices.

Exceptional

The location was perfect The staff was very welcoming and friendly very mom and pop feeling.

The bed frame is very contemporary so if you hit your shins on it it hurts it's a platform also the room is very dark and dim they need more lighting and heavier thicker blankets not the coziest feeling in the world but it's very modern and contemporary if that's your thing. The structure and look of the building was very architectural I like what they've done with the place it just needs a little warmth like a big thick good quality comforter. And it was cute how you had to put your room key in a slot on the wall next to the door so you can turn the electricity on cuz their energy efficient and there's no telephones in the room which is a little different but that's okay. I think they're motto is eco-friendly save the environment. I work at a hotel in Las Vegas it was a little different but very nice Good bang for your buck perfect location. The staff is very very friendly.

very expensive for nothing and trying to get any money

the location

the stuff are not friendly and rude and the policy of the hotel is very weired they charge for early checkin however the room is empty and available but they didn’t give it to us unless at 4 pm or we should pay 45 dollars .. the floor in the room were full of beach sand and Same was the bed …

the hotel is accessible to multiple restaurants/bars/clubs.

parking is difficult. I luckily arrived late at night so the public parking in the front was empty.

exceeded expectations.

The location was absolute perfection. right next to the pier and beach access..every thing you need in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, coffee..the room was super cute clean and updated…can’t wait to stay here again.

Nothing I didn’t like.
