Enjoyed the stay. Very nice!

Parking lot nearby. $ 20.00 for 24hrs. Very reasonable. Nice room. Great location! Very nice bar.

Usually I like to get coffee when I get up. There was no coffee station there.

Wonderful and would stay again!!

The staff were fantastic, including Ruby, Mike and Vincent.

Far away from some attractions - La Jolla, Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area, especially if you are using uber/taxi

Location was AWESOME. Hotel rooms were very cute with character. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, and were very accommodating when we had to book an extra night due to a delayed flight.

The room was pretty clean, but we found some hairs in the bathroom and chairs that weren't ours. The balcony view felt like being in a fishbowl, no privacy.

Close to restaurants, walking distance to the Bay Area.

There was no parking. 50 dls per night for valet.

They charge extra when you check in!

They charged me an extra 22 dollars, although I had paid by booking.com and reserved the room earlier. Its not acceptable to pay in advance, and when you want to check in, they say they missed an item and they need to add it to your bill. They also charged my credit card an extra 100 dollars as a deposit for the room to account for any damages that I may cause to their old room furniture!

Beautiful hotel, great location, caution fireplace

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's right in the Gaslamp district, you can walk to so many restaurants and bars. It's also very easy to get onto the highway. We had a significant delay in our arrival time, but the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I liked the style of the hotel, the lobby area was beautiful.

Coming in from a very late flight and waking up early as we were on East Coast time, it would have been nice to have in room dining available. Also, there was a gas fireplace in the room, which is a nice amenity, but there was no safety barrier in front of it. For a family traveling with a toddler, this was a huge hazard.

Walls were too thin and bed were too loud. I was not able to get any good sleep because the couple upstairs and my snoring neighbor. The music and the crowd on the street were loud all through the night. I immediately regretted getting the balcony room.

convenient and reasonable

comfortable beds, convenient location to convention center, reasonable price.

bathroom was small, had to change rooms due to cracked tile floor in bathroom for the suite I booked and a very old sleeper sofa that wasn’t really usable. no issues switching rooms

The cleanliness and upkeep of the facility was below par given the cost. Daily cleaning services and updating of amenities was below par, again for the price.
