Nice on the inside, not so much on the outside

Room was new and comfortable.

Outside of rooms was poorly maintained; made me doubt my selection.

Great place at a great price

Room appeared recently renovated, clean. Had the best temperature adjustment setup I have ever seen in a motel room especially at the coast. Also I like the design of the room, very convenient.

Liked everything, although I prefer a table to a desk.

Short and sweet

The room we had looked almost brand new. It was beautiful and clean.

The exterior of the building was a really rough. We were a little concerned when we looked at the outside, but the inside was beautiful.

Superb

Liked the room. Bed was really comfortable. Staff is nice and friendly. Everything is nearby walking distance. Floors do need a little more cleaning quick Swiffer will do :) A lil coffee maker & microwave will complete the room. The room is very nice very comfortable and beautiful.

The outside needs some TLC.

When the beach is near it’s easy to cheer!!

The price and location were excellent. I liked the modern furnishings, good shower and comfortable bed. Liked the concrete floor which was very clean.

Parking spaces are small and hard to maneuver. Big dips to get on and off streets. Fairly loud traffic.

Was informed they didn’t take pets when I noted specific rooms were available in ad. They let us stay but after making trip out to the coast, It left us feeling uneasy had that not been the case

Very nice at a good price

The room was newly renovated and we were the first ones to stay in it since the remodel. I loved the look and bed was really comfortable. Cannot beat the price and it's a great location.

Bed made a popping noise when you got it and out of it. Once you were in for the night ready to sleep no noise. Still some paint tape and dirt from remodel. We cleaned it up easily enough the first day so are room was great the rest of our stay.

The owner was very nice. I called to see if we could check in early as I had miscalculated our arrival time due to the time change. He was willing to accommodate us and that spoke volumes to us.

It was obvious that the units were being remodeled so that was not an issue however, the floors were not swept and the bathroom door was filthy with dirty possibly muddy hand prints.

The numbers on the doors are rusty and need to be changed. It made the place look unkempt.

Exceptional

We've stayed here many times and have enjoyed it for the location and affordability. The rooms were dated but comfortable. We just stayed again the the updated rooms are so nice and clean! New everything. I almost didn't want to review this little gem but it's our go to every time we go to Newport.

The driveway in and out aren't the best, especially the exit to 101.

Location and price. Staff is always nice too!

Loud due to the highway, would definitely request a room facing the hospital next time. Also had people trying to start their car outside our room for multiple hours over 2 days super early. Not the hotels fault but weird and annoying!!
