Good location and usually excellent value when I am in town to attend an event or traveling by air.

Proximity to the airport. Availability of a shuttle to and from the airport. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Ground floor rooms.

Lack of an elevator makes accessing rooms difficult. It also makes accessing icd, snacks and cold drinks difficult if not impossible for those who have mobility issues.Rooms need upgrades, particularly doors and furniture including consistent chairs (types, sizes, etc.) between rooms. All bathrooms should have safety/handicapped bars to provide additional safety to all peopl, and especially older individuals whether handicapped or not.

Not much, probably just the proximity to the airport

Uncomfortable bed, the desk chair looked like it had better days, the upholstery or pleather was coming off and scratched. The lack of cleanliness, the lack of service, no house keeping personnel available after checking, no plug for the tub, and the Wyndham brand as not represented

Overpaid for underwhelming facility.

The rooms we had were easy to access, they were clean. We had no problems with them at all.

I was told that a continental breakfast was included in the price which is why I didn't mind paying the price. However the breakfast was a couple packets of oatmeal, coffee, and a few yogurts, and a few bananas. We were a family of 8. we had to ask the staff if they had more food as other guests were also expecting breakfast. The entire facility smelled like cigarette smoke despite the rooms being Non-Smoker rooms.

Nothing. Blanket in room had cigarette burn hole all over it, room was dirty and gross

The fact that they said that they had a "continental breakfast," but all the had to off was stale granola bars, old bananas, and stale oatmeal.

TV remote was broken, taped closed, didn’t work. Floor didn’t feel clean when walking barefoot. DeDbolt on door would latch, free breakfast was a joke.

Good location, bad reveptionists' attitude and very poor included breakfast to other Super 8 hotels.

The night reception clerk was not courteous, helpful or had a good disposition. I went to ask for laundry detergent and she was watching TV and seemed upset to have to get up to assist me. I asked her for the possibilty of printing boarding passes and her reply was "NO!"

I mainly looked for inexpensive one night stay with free shuttle service.

Shuttle drivers were great. Front desk staff was excellent.

The location was not convenient to go to a restaurant or shopping.

Affordable price

Location and price.

The only issue I had is I had do not disturb on the door handle and room service still knocked on the door asking if I wanted room service. Woke me up from a nap.
