Well worth the money

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and pancakes. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Water pressure in the shower could have been a bit better and the towels could have been a bit fluffier, but those are minor.

I just want to say thank you this is how pleasant hotel experiences used to be

From the minute you enter the lobby you are given a friendly welcome. I was a solo senior traveler and I felt safe and in a great location. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely reccomend to my family and friends traveling in that direction

The only small issue I wish more parking on lobby door side but it’s not their fault just how property is layer out

Great value for a clean, comfortable stay.

After a red eye flight and busy day the check in process was simple, friendly and efficient. Room was ready and exceptionally clean. The rooms are small but very well set up with everything you need. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional but a variety of items and good coffee. This hotel is a great value. I would highly recommend.

Not great, sub par accessibility and unsafe

The room was clean

The TV could not be viewed from either bed. The accessible shower was difficult to operate, no way to keep the water in the shower area without flooding the bathroom, requiring mopping up the floor and making the floor very slick and unsafe. The beds were very high off the ground, difficult to get into

We paid for the room up front on Priceline. Then hotel also charged us full price for the rooms. Refused to give us credit back. Had to dispute the charges with Visa

great visit to Erie; our first time stay -looking forward to 2024

all things were well done and kept, except one little item- i dropped our remote behind our bed's headboard and had to retrieve it from underneath -upon pulling the mattress away, we saw clutter, lint and the need to vac. other than that we were quite happy with our room and the hotel's services.

we did enjoy our stay and it's location was key to our travel plans to our event.

Reasonable value for money.

Clean room and bath. Reasonable breakfast. Good location

AC was not efficient enough. It started making some loud noise in the middle of night. It was not too hot outside and we were able to make it without AC.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Hopefully the A/C will be a little quieter next time.

Room was very cozy and updated. Was a nice surprise. Great location too! The breakfast was perfect with scrambled eggs and sausage and you could make your own waffles. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome.

New air conditioning system was a little noisy for our liking.

not as expected from a sleep inn

the rooms and surrounding areas were very clean.

the free breakfast was very poor. broken and outdated equipment. a microwave without a turntable and very hard to use and a broken hotplate. had to heat my eggs in the very poor microwave. i had gotten so disgusted i threw what i did have away, the Styrofoam plate melted into my food. i went a few doors down ihop and cost me $ 18.00 .
