Absolutely will be back and will tell everyone what a wonderful location and accommodation this is.

From the minute I walked in the receptionist was so friendly, nice, quick and very helpful for our first visit. She walked us to our room and made sure they worked before she walked away. She gave us a map and circled things that she likes best that we could try. The room was well updated, the beds were way more comfortable than other places we have stayed. We could pretty much walk anywhere within 10-20 min allowing us to not have to fret all the parking hassles!

Our stay was fabulous!

Location was great! We loved the breakfast voucher for the local bakery. Friendly staff. Comfortable

The only thing that would make it so much better would be to regrout the showers.

Nice facility for the price, close to the pier, friendly informative staff, excellent breakfast

The breakfast voucher was great for a little shop very close to our room. The food was exceptional. The young man at the front desk during the day and the lady at night were exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to assist. They are an asset to your team.

It could’ve been a little cleaner. Very musty smell in the room. There was a water leak running across the threshold of the bathroom. I think it was coming from the fridge. The young man at the desk said he would notify maintenance. I hope it got fixed so no one falls.

Jennifer! She's the BEST! She booked Spa appointments for us and gave us insight to other tours we may want to do.

Would have been great to have a K-cup coffee maker in our room. And a Microwave in the rooms.

Nice comfy and quick stay

The welcoming and OVERALL HELPING STaff. W had an urgent reservation. They came to help us check in at night. Good people out there.

The price is still overly high, it could be around 150 dollars, I guess

Would stay again with certain changes but overall very convenient location

We loved the balcony and the ice machine downstairs

The AC wouldnt go below 78. Room was pretty tight it does not justify the price. Would suggest a roku for the tvs.

EJ at front desk was Fantastic! Welcoming and very helpful with local recommendations. The others at front desk were a bit frustrating to deal with. Breakfast vouchers were good

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable.

Only complaint is no coffee pots or microwave in room and coffee only available until office closed.

I paid a deposit of 50 dollars which I received after 30 days. I was lied to at the reception. The price paid was excessively high

The property was very well maintained with pretty landscape. Its dog friendly! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very clean. Nice pool area.

The room was super small; that’s my fault for not paying close attention to the booking information. No closet. Very little space.

Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time!

Great location! Walking distance to Harbor Walkway, and Duval Loop shuttle was one block away! They gave out vouchers to a great breakfast & lunch place right next door! we also love that we could rent bikes through the lodge for 1 cent a piece!

We were not offered any “welcome drinks” upon arrival as stated on the website and booking confirmation. Our room was across Eaton Street which was a super busy road so when crossing to go to the main lobby or pool, sometimes it was a pain.

Terrible stay for $500 USD and really ruined our first time in key west

Terrible property.

The property was run down for the price we paid. Very disappointed for the price we paid and to have booking.com have this property as an options. The front door was not completely sealed, the floors were not even and squeaked when we walked on it. There was water leaking from the ceiling above that dropped all over our toiletries. The shutter blinds were broken and did not give us the privacy as we were on the Main Street and we paid over $500 USD per night

clean, comfortable, walking distance to main attractions. Relatively quiet room.

Parking is free though it’s on the streets around if you are lucky to find a spot.
