Large Room & Great Service

Room had plenty of space and front desk staff were super friendly!

Heater unit was high on the wall and we had difficulty reaching it to adjust the temperature. Shower water didn't get hot enough.

It was fine, but would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known about the pool before I booked the room.

Location, it was clean, and the staff was nice.

The pool is still shut down from COVID. It’s 2023, time to reopen!

Location is great for the Toyota Ampitheatre. Free breakfast is nice.

Homeless loitering around property, seems to be a standard California feature everywhere you go these days. Thank you Gov Newsome!

The gentleman who helped me check in was awesome.

The so called breakfast and the fact I haven't received my deposit yet. The room was old and outdated as well.0

Room was spacious

Beds were too soft. Breakfast was not as described. Pool & spa were both closed. Property needs repairs & needs to be updated.

Superb

It was clean. Very quiet. The staff was very friendly. I see my gf every other weekend. We will be staying here a lot more.

Some rooms have jacuzzi tubs in the room not the bathroom, and a fireplace and personal patio, like a small studio apartment

The price was good and it was the only availability

The t.v. didn't work so we had to switch rooms. There was no hot water when I went to shower. I ran the water 30 minutes and still ice cold. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom. It was very loud. People walking and talking right outside the window. The room smelled like pine sol and the paint was pealing. The furniture was stained. The bed pillows were very hard and lumpy. The outward appearance is decent until you get insise.

It was so bad I went to a different hotel . I got there and it was about 10 minutes and I checked out . I would like my money back!

Parking a little tight. I have never had to put down a $100 security deposit on a room before!
