I would stay there again, but with more modest expectations.

The location and heritage of the site was outstanding.

Being 100 years old, the property did not offer many modern amenities on site (both the spa and gym were co-ops with other local businesses). The elevator broke down while I was there. The WiFi was clunky and required daily re-logins that I only figured out by trial and error.

The stay is excellent, I like the nature and people here.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in walking distance to caberret theater and some other attractions.

Pet friendly hotel and amazing front staff. Right in the heart of Ashland. Location Location Location.

We love staying here, which we do 4 times a year. Room is cozy, comfortable bed and pillows, nice breakfast. We love the elegant lobby, especially when it's decorated for the Christmas/New Years holidays. Love the central location in downtown Ashland. Excellent on premises parking.

Greatly exceeded expectations

The Ashland Springs Hotel is beautiful and classy. The manager went above and beyond to fix an error in our reservation that the third party booking company had made. The breakfast offered is better than most hotels.

A nice hotel in Ashland OR

great location, wonderful staffers. easy access from the parking lot.

the toilet and sink (due to the historical building) are very low from the floor, like in a kid level.

Fabulous and look forward to our returning trip!

Fabulous breakfast! Delicious quiche and yummy roasted potatoes. Bright and Cheerful eating area and lovely way to start our day... Best Breakfast ever! Loved sitting with coffee in the stunning lobby in front of fire enjoying the sights, sounds and conversing with other hotel guests. All the staff at the Ashland Springs Hotel are welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and safety as the roads heading south were concerning. Special kudos to Katie Joos who went above and beyond in making our stay such a memorable and positive one. The decorations at Christmas at the Hotel and Downtown Ashland were so festive and I felt like I was living in a 'Hallmark Christmas movie'. We are Canadian 'snowbirds' and now make Ashland Springs Hotel our first destination spot on our journey south. We also have shared our past and continued wonderful experiences with our friends and other 'snowbirds' and they now too look forward to spending time at Ashland Springs Hotel. I love the historical references and how the Ashland Springs Hotel pays tribute to its' past. I also appreciate the location of the Hotel as right in the heartland of Downtown District. Thank you for making our stays there so enjoyable. I will always want to continue to drive south vs. flying as then I would miss out on staying at the Ashland Springs Hotel.

It was an unexpectedly wonderful stop for us that we hated leaving the next morning.

Breakfast was fantastic. The property was adorable. Parking was convenient. We absolutely loved the nighttime front desk worker, she was the best. The room was excellent - robes, toiletries. towels, cleanliness, TWO luggage stands-- really great. Amenities are awesome. Location and value were great.

Our room was so cold when we got in and even with the "heat" cranked, it never really warmed up. It did, however, get my husband and I to snuggle all night and neither of us woke up with fried nasal passageways. So still a 5 star from us!

Lovely historic hotel in the best location in Ashland

Good hot breakfast and delicious coffee cake. Very helpful staff. Very comfy bed with deluxe inens.
