The room and bathroom was very big

Morning shift was very disrespectful. They had stank attitudes and had threatened to call the police for no reason.

they got mad About my cousin coming upstairs when he brought his own room they didn’t want to many people in one room when he was in the room next door to me and they got roaches

This hotel is like jail no visitors and rude people no ammenties

I loved the hot tub suite it was clean

After 3 days staying in the room I was informed there could be no visitors which my sister brought my daughter some medicine because she was sick they said they wanted to come into the room to do housekeeping I said fine I have been cleaning so they said we had too much stuff all we have is clothes so her and my husband had words and she tried to kick us out after I had just paid 150 offering no refund so I went and talked to her in the office she was very rude and aggressive we had done nothing wrong made no mess been of no noise I felt very confused

My overall stay was well below average

The location was good. It was convenient to where we were going.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and there isn't enough pillows on the bed. The hot tub was filthy. The tub filled up with dirt as soon as we turned the jets on. It was horrible. They need to put some bleach and a cleaning detergent into the tub and run the jets so they can flush the jets before someone catches an infection.

it was very ran down I had a non smoking room and the blankets on the bed had cigarette holes in them as well as stains on the sheets underneath and there were some hairs next to the stains the room was big and spacious I didn’t even feel comfortable eating my food in this room

Could be a bit better (cable /Wi-Fi that actually works), but still a good stay

The price - very reasonable….especially compared to other locations in the same area. Also close to stores for shopping (food, clothes, gas, etc). There was also a receptionist that I wish I had gotten her name. I heard a guest shouting and cursing her out because there was no cable. She was so rude to her that I came outside (the guest had ME upset that I wanted to say something). When I asked the receptionist if she was okay, she said “Oh, I’m fine. It comes with the territory, so it’s no biggie.” The way she shrugged that off was so genuine, she inspired me on how to not take things so personally. I tried to get her name, but she was gone for the night and the other lady didn’t know it either. If I could’ve gotten her name, I would have sent a special shout-out to her with corporate (she impressed me THAT much).

Noisy! Being that it’s near eateries, you could hear the bass from one of the restaurants. No kidding….it was so loud, I knew what songs they were playing. Would also be nice to include bigger bars of soap, cable/Wi-Fi that works, and a functioning heater (mine kept shutting off and wouldn’t come back on…even when the room was cooler - had to constantly unplug).

Clean shower and bed

We were looking for some where close to the hospital so we could shower and get some sleep. It did the job. The shower and bed was clean and that was what we were looking for.

There was a couch in the room that had a lot of stains on it but we didn't use it anyway.

Served it’s purpose, just not comfortably and too pricey for the experience!

Tv worked. Great location for SIX FLAGS trip !

The couch was filthy .. honestly I wouldn’t sit on it and the beds were big enough but so very hard we had a hard time laying on it and didn’t get much sleep. No breakfast but that was confirmed ahead of time and don’t expect breakfast next door at Popeyes because they don’t open until 11:00 Most importantly there was NO COFFEE POT

Should never be called Americas Best. Should rename to Americas Worst!

I never stayed at the location that was booked. Room was so smoked out, I was not able to bring my wife because of her having asthma. I had reserved the room but wanted to look at it first so I went to the location asking to look first. Although we said we would take the smoking room because it had the jacuzzi tub, it was unbearable to stay in the room although they tried and masked it with a bunch of spray deodorizers. It was terrible. While I was outside talking to my wife, the lady cancelled the reservation so I had nothing and of course, there was no refunds and had to pay the cancellation charge equal to the nightly rate. Horrible. Will never deal with Americas Best again.

THIS ISNT WORTH MORE THAN $65

The bathroom at first glance was nice until I seen how NOT CLEAN my tub was

The property is a motel for as much as I paid I’m not sure how I missed that. The staff is rude calling a hour & a before check out to ask if I’m checking out as if I’m not sleeping. Then they began knocking at the door repeatedly 30 minutes before check out as if they hadn’t called already. The beds are hard not firm but HARD like sleeping on a floor. The pillows were flat three of them doesn’t do the job of one. I’ve had better sleep in my car truthfully.

room next over were doing some type of ritual. they were loud and kept opening and slamming their door. they were really awful, staff did this job when they were called but they continued when he left.
