Disgusting, Horrible, Unsanitary: DO NOT STAY HERE.

Upon checking into our initial room, we were immediately struck by a very strong and unbearable smell of cigarettes. It was so intense that it made it difficult to breathe. We promptly requested to be moved to another room, to which the staff obliged. While the second room had a slightly better odor, it quickly became evident that the issues were far from over. Upon entering the bathroom, we discovered a dead cockroach. We immediately called the front desk, and someone came to remove it. However, when we returned later from the match, we were horrified to find another cockroach in the bathroom. Despite calling three times to have it removed, no one responded until we personally went to the front desk to complain. The staff member we spoke to claimed he had called for maintenance, but after another five-minute wait, we had to complain again before he came to remove it himself. This was the second cockroach we found, and we were understandably furious. We thoroughly inspected the room and discovered yet another cockroach, making it a total of three cockroaches we found in the room, along with stains on the sheets. At this point, we were completely disgusted and decided to leave. We reported this to the person at the front desk, who was new and had just started their shift. We demanded a refund, but they could only promise to inform their supervisors. The fact that excuses were made, such as claiming the cockroach entered through the toilet because the seat was left up, was entirely unacceptable. We did not spend the night at your establishment due to the unsanitary and disgusting conditions of room 106. Instead, we had to find alternative accommodations. Despite all of this, we have yet to receive a refund for our stay. The level of service, maintenance, and cleanliness was beyond unacceptable

The location of this property is perfect if attending a game or event at the stadium

The beds need updated and they need to learn to clean the rooms better there were cigarette butts left in the room and ashes all over the place. People were smoking in the indoor pool area. The walls are paper thin. It smelled of mildew. And the bathroom window didn’t have a lock on it and you can just freely open it

We didn’t stay after we saw the property and rooms . Lost out on the non refundable rooms. The property is old and needs

I did not like anything about this property. Old and smelly rooms! Homeless people coming and going into the property. Property needs to be renovated! My room was non refundable and we didn’t even stay there took the loss and stayed somewhere else.

Smelly old rooms . Run down property . Homeless people everywhere in and around the property. Not worth the price I paid to stay there and I don’t recommend it to anyone !

I didn't like anything. It was a very bad and dirty hotel. They also asked for a $20 parking fee in the hotel parking lot even though you stayed at the hotel. So the customers who come there cannot park their cars.

This hotel is terrifying I actually pulled in an there were people selling drugs out of their car in the front of the business. I called to cancel my reservation and they would not refund my money I would never recommend anyone especially family’s stay at this hotel

Not a place to stay with family.

The indoor pool was the only plus honestly. Not much I can say that was good.

Get rid of the shady guests. It is a non smoking hotel, yet people are smoking in their rooms. Smoking weed on top of that. My stepson and his cousin were in the pool at 1pm, and someone yelled out their door to keep it down because of the echo. The pillows did not smelled washed. The rooms had a moldy odor. One guy came out of his room while we were leaving the pool area, and he stared us down, shady character with face tattoos. He then turns the other way as he is staring at us. We stepped out the side to smoke a cigarette and 2 Crack heads were on the curb on the property. Room was over priced for the quality.

indoor pool was awesome

plumbing issues, slippery bathtub, dirty feel like humid, beds uncomfortable, shady characters in hallways made it seem like a motel not a hotel. parking seemed sketchy (dark, not in view of anyone).

I like the proximity to AT&T Stadium.

For what I paid, I expected more. Like breakfas. Or toiletries. Or hand soap. Or a working room phone. Or a hotel that didn't smell like pot. Nothing, other than not having to pay for parking for the Xmas NFL game, was good. I appreciate what you're trying to do but actually do it instead of half hearting it. Race absolutely has something to do with it after the conversation I heard between guests and employees. Disgusting. Don't come to DFW if all you want is your own race. Indian/Pakistan folk that worked there have to do better about understand local cultural norms within reason.

Location to AT&T stadium and within walking distance.

Overall feel was cluttered and what not, but okay. THEN, we get to our room and it was disgusting. It was filthy, the curtains were dirty and stained, the carpet was stained/discolored, the walls had dirt all over, there was hair on the side of the bathtub, and so many other things. Our sheets had pubes and dirt on them, then we got new ones and when we went to change them, dirty socks fell out of the old sheets. Yes, someone else’s dirty socks. On top of that, and to top it off, there was BLOOD on the ceiling and sprayed onto the walls, a/c, fridge, and microwave. Yes, blood. What is the story behind that?? I can’t fathom how this hotel is even open still. I am just dumbfounded at how they can charge so much, but offer such a disgusting atmosphere. We will never stay here again. 10/10 do not recommend.
