Fabulous stay in P-town very close to all activities. Good value.

Really nice guest house just off centre and really very close to all the bar’s & restaurants. The Provincetown brewery is right across the road and cycle renatal next door. The room was great & comfortable though there was a slight inconvenience in the mornings for the shared bathroom. Breakfast was ok rather than stunning but did the job.

Queue for the loo in the morning but that’s all.

The location was excellent. The room was small (as all rooms in Prown are) but comfortable. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious with a fabulous art collection. Spent more time out of the room on the lovely porch & outside. We had a problem with the bed after the 1st night & the owner was so kind to switch our the bed!! It made a huge difference & the rest of our sleep was great! The breakfast selections were good too. Would definitely stay here again!

fantastic Don was a gem of a host warm welcoming and always smiling

the ART!!! my favorite part was all the eclectic art Don collected, and placed through out the cozy house. AMAZING!!!!

lighting the art for guests to enjoy and appreciate. ohh and giving tour of this museum collection of art. lol

This was my first visit to Cape Cod. The John Randall House fit the stay perfectly.

The property showed a lot of love. And the art was truly a bonus.

It was a wonderful vacation where we got to see and do things we wanted, because of our proximity.

The location was great. I loved having parking so it wasn't a worry during the stay. The staff was really friendly and gave recommendations of places to check out.

The pillows were a little stiff.

during the stay. another patron walked into your cottage. apparently they thought they were in cottage two instead of room two. and the keys were the same.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodations, friendly and helpful innkeeper.

Breakfast was great. Staff was attentive to keeping everything fully stocked and providing fresh coffee. Selection was easily as good or better than many continental breakfasts served at other guest houses I'd visited.

What a beautiful bed-and-breakfast! There are very few places in Provincetown who charge a reasonable rate and offer such lovely accommodations. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect place to stay

This home is super close to everything you want to see in Provincetown. Literally just a few minutes walk to great Restaurants, Historic sites, the wharf and public transportation. The home is clean. Hosts are super nice. Bed was so comfortable! Nice array of breakfast every morning. Beverages and fruit available all day. I can’t recommend this home enough. We had a private bathroom in our room. Some rooms share a bathroom. The house is beautiful and the grounds just lovely to walk around.

There is nothing to not like about this comfortable and inviting Bed and Breakfast.

Great location, free onsite parking, very clean.

Good location one block off of Commercial Street. Don was a fantastic host. The rooms and facilities were clean and very well kept. The onsite free parking is a major plus in Ptown!!

So pleasant, comfortable and relaxing...I released every iota of stress when I was there.

Very good

Just what I needed for a quick getaway this year! The location couldn't be beat, and it was great to have parking included. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was small but functional. I originally thought that the bed would be uncomfortable but I had a great sleep both nights (I think I am just used to a more firm mattress). I had limited f2f interaction with Don due to the Covid situation, but he was very helpful with info and recommendations via text.

One tiny improvement would be to add a hook in the bathroom closer to the sink to hang a hand towel. But in the end, not really a big deal.
