Don't Stay here unless you like sleeping with bugs in your bed!

The customer service was the worst, attendant had a attitude when asking for more towels. Outside there were homeless people roaming around looking through the trash cans, felt unsafe outside. But the cherry on top was finding 2 bugs in our bed. When being told about this, the attendant said there was nothing that could be done. What a waste of time and money.

It was very getto,there was a hole in the wall ,the door did not close properly, with the wind blowing the door sounded like it was going to open, there was no shower head in the shower.

My room was dirty, hair and dirt everywhere including the bed. They need new housekeeping

Location, everything is walkable.

Filthy, bad housekeeping, they wanted cash deposit which is fine if they would just disclose it before I show up. Then to check out, had to wait for housekeeping to check room before returning deposit which is fine if the room was given to us clean.. the bad reviews are because of the housekeeping. The hotel has great potential

Economy inn Ontario is transphobic

Nothing .this place is a joke ,they are not only disrespectful but they are trans phobic

The fact tht the owners told me I had to cancel my reservation becuz I said the f word ,(not towards them ) (just in my regular vocabulary,) and tht since I had on some make.up.tht they didn't want me to stay there . transphobic and horrible

it turned out fine at first but then seen the bugs and couldn’t stay there. it was 3 big cockroaches there and went unde

I had an enjoyable stay here

the staff was very accommodating and the spa tub in our room helped me to relax more than i have in a while. i recommend staying here

i wish i could have stayed longer but price goes up over the weekend making it so we had to leave.

Underwhelming

What breakfast?

Location, cleanliness, rickety stairs, balcony rail unstable..ready to fall, black mould in bathroom, walls and door dirty, at least we got a non smoking room and it wasn't full of party animals.

Very clean good size TV microwave and fridge in room nice towels very quiet even though the freeway is not to far has a pool and staff was very nice

Bad experience

-It's in a motel and they don't say it online. (Es un motel y en línea no lo dicen.) -The mattress looked like stone. (El colchon parecia de piedra.) - The air conditioning had a very strong noise, which did not let us sleep. (El aire acondicionado tenia un ruido muy fuerte, que no dejaba dormir.) - it was dusty and very unkempt. (estaba lleno de polvo y muy descuidados.)

The bathroom door was broken and also the toilet paper holder kept falling off and they should have phones in the room to reach the front desk.

Quietness

The room entirely, bed, super uncomfortable. Shower was moldy. Didn't look nor feel clean at at all. Also spotted a few roaches! First and LAST time ever staying here. Also didn't get MY DEPOSIT BACK
