Very quiet and relaxing hotel.

Breakfast was adequate, staff was wonderful! They were very friendly, always asking how they can help. Brooke was so kind to us and accommodated all our needs with a smile! The indoor pool and hot tub were a real plus and the location was perfect for our needs as it was so close to everything. Very happy with our stay and will definitely return!

Breakfast could have been better. More fruit would have been nice.

Perfect

Great staff; very helpful and friendly. They all seemed to get along and work as a team. Great breakfast every day. Very, very clean, including the pool and gym. Empressive!!

Loved everything. We stayed there before and would definitely stay there again.

The room was fine but there were issues in the parking lot

When we checked in, we were told that the parking lot where we could access the elevator was located behind the building. When we parked, there was a creepy guy parked back there drinking beer by his truck. It made us uncomfortable to leave our vehicle back there. There was another guy talking to him, and later the beer drinking man was still out there drinking in the parking lot. The lot felt unsafe. Also, it was really hard to maneuver the luggage cart up to the sidewalk and into the outside door.

The air conditioner stopped working and the reception worker was able to move us to a working room. Thank you

We were only at the hotel for less than 10 hours. Slept and had a good breakfast!

Good location for Snake River Stampede rodeo in Nampa!

Not sure if I would be charged for water bottles left on counter top, if we actually drank them!

Easy to find, far enough off the interstate so it's quiet. Staff are friendly & helpful, rooms clean & NOT lit up by LED wallplates! I slept like a dead person. I will stay here again.

There was no bottle of expensive wine or box of gourmet chocolates. Just joking.

great breakfast as was the staff. The front desk was friendly. Room was spacious, clean and bright lights was awesome. Having s microwave, refrigerator was also a plus. The bed was very comfortable

There were not enough towel racks for two people. Framed pictures in a bathroom to us very unnecessary. sink was missing drain plug. Exhaust fan did not work. A/C did not keep consistent we set at 67 woke up at 2 a.m.; it reset to 70! too hot for down quilts.

Location was excellent - must see the Albertson nearby

The Location was excellent , safe for traveling alone, wonderful shopping and dining within walking distance, lots of nice green spaces and parks nearby.

The breakfast was the only thing not quite up to par especially when taking in all the other ratings I gave were excellent - there was a notice they were updated the premises so maybe that was just not done yet.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Location from freeway was convenient, but was traffic noise from side street.

If you want hot water plan on running water for at least 15 minutes before water is hot. Seems like an extreme waste. The hot tub is just warm and needs to be cleaned. You could see dirt in the bottom of it.

The stay was ok.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The road noise with loud mufflers was very loud. Seemed to be a racetrack and thin walls/windows didn’t help. Also, the doors slammed and with a neighbor that didn’t care how loud they were was startling all night.

great alternative to staying downtown Boise

excellent and friendly staff, spacious room, microwave and fridge with freezer to refreeze our ice packs for the cooler.

Customer service is my industry of work- so when I walked in and I was greeted with two smiling faces, it was nice to see. Check in was fast and easy.
