Easy check in and out! Expanded breakfast that included fresh egg omelettes, make your own waffles, and hot sausage. Fresh fruit and juice. Cereal and of course fresh coffee. We expected a simple continental breakfast but were very pleasantly surprised at the very good meal. The room was newly renovated and comfortable. Very quiet even though it was close to the freeway. Also, a friendly staff, from the front counter staff to all their day staff, smiles all around. Very pleasant experience.

We could only stay one night otherwise we would have enjoyed staying longer.

John gave us the friendliest & fasted checkin experience I’ve had in a long time. The Lobby was cheerfully decorated. Rooms clean.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the interstate.

So many things. Our room wasn’t right when we first checked in. I asked for a joining room and they had already filled the room next to ours causing us to need to move. When we got our room it was dirty. There were sticky spots and crumbs on the counter/ dress in both rooms. One bed didn’t have a top sheet leaving us to wonder if the bottom sheet was clean. One of the beds had an uncomfortable old mattress with no mattress pad and stained sheets. We didn’t sleep good because the A/C ran loudly all night and the curtains didn’t block the incredibly bright hotel lighting on the building’s exterior. The breakfast room was filthy with old crumbs all over the counters. It looked like the floor near the only garbage hadn’t been vacuumed in months as there was so much filth on the ground around it. Oh and the pool wasn’t open in the middle of summer and “the part would be there soon.” Which was days after we left.

Tray that held bath items (wash cloths, soap, etc) was filthy. Found dirty spot on the side of bedding when collecting belongings. This is an older hotel and needs updating. No elevator, no luggage cart, had to carry heavy items up stairs and down unair conditioned hall.

I won't go into all the details but I would never say there it was just not anything like the pictures on booking the pool was closed and it was just very dirty the refrigerater didn't work it smelled really bad I just would never stay there ever We ended up leaving and they said they wouldn't charge us but we got charged anyway in our account

This was a great experience for me. My first room it was too noisy with the highway and diesel trucks right outside my door however staff was quick to remedy that for me the next morning when I asked if I could move. They were so gracious. I first spoke with Amy (WOW what an amazing colleague), I also saw that she handles most every aspect of that motel and made sure that every visitor felt at home. I would love to recruit her if I were a hiring manager. She was the best in the breakfast area too, it was never in need of anything. Breakfast offerings was awesome with good taste and thank you for having some gluten free options. (Some cream cheese would be nice). I also liked Scarlet at the front desk. She was amazing to be so young but so knowledgeable and kind. I also met the manager, Ruth who was helpful as well. But for your overall outstanding colleague It was AMY all the way. I hope you know she is what will bring people to your establishment and keep them coming back. I also met other cleaning staff who were friendly, but I failed to get their names. My room was clean, spacious. The beds were comfortable. The AC and heat worked great. I loved that the windows opened, and we could get the fresh Colorado air. I felt safe in my room and on the property. I have photos that I will post on Trip Advisor. The maintenance staff was very nice and cordial. Thank you for providing me with a reasonable cost safe space with breakfast each day while I was in the area visiting with my dad in Pueblo. I will always come back if you maintain this level of excellence. PLEASE acknowledge your staff for doing a great job.

The noise from the Diesel engines starting very early in the morning. The refrigerator stopped working and I lost some food, but the staff quickly replaced it for me once I notified them. The owner from the Asian restaurant was not nice, and after two attempts to engage with him, I decided he didn't really want our business, so we ate elsewhere. It's too bad because I love that type of food. Breakfast area was great the day's Amy was on duty, the other times it wouldn't have coffee or foods and there was no one around to ask. I wished there was an ice maker on the second floor. The back downstairs door closest to the back of the property didn't lock however the side doors always locked.

The room was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We'd stay there again.

Breakfast was fine, though we arrived later than many and the selection was somewhat picked over. Still, it was appreciated!
