No working remote control, staff didn’t give us a goodbye.

Ok for one night stay

By 8am there was nothing left just tea and coffee, and staff was nowhere to be found

I gave it an 8 because of the price but everyone should be helpful and it was not the case.

Location and that it finally got resolved but not until a supervisor of one of the buildings got involved.

Confusion on the building and the time waiting to find my building with the guy talking like he couldn't help me.

My final printed Bill was for $697.31 but my charge showing on credit card is $918.21 so I wonder why the discrepancy

Never book this hotel again, very bad experience.

The room wasn't clean, dusty and smelly carpet. The light in the bathroom wasn't working and they didn't even try to fix it even after complaining. Could not use the bathroom at all.

Disappointing

I was charged a security deposit of $100 for my one night stay. I have never paid a security deposit for one night at any hotel, even after traveling through Europe and staying at 38 hotels. I will not stay here again, no matter that they intend to return the deposit. I find this very inconvenient and will seek future stays elsewhere.

The studios is perfect for little getaways me and my girlfriend love to do it from time to time.

You guys need pool and American breakfast.. because cooking in the room is impossible without the fire alarm go off over some bacon lol.

I chose it for the location. The staff was very nice.

it smelled bad, the smoke detector was broken, the fridge was broken.

1. Did not get king bed I reserved 2. TV didn’t work 3. Sofa bed was so bad I was up all night 4 could not print an invoice to get a small refund for a lesser room 5 Breakfast was a package of instant oatmeal served with hot water in a paper coffee cup

Disappointing

Good location. The room was spacious.

Corridors were not clean. Bathroom in my room had a bad odour like someone had been smoking inside it. The fridge in my room made so much noise.

Disappointing

There were no plates, cups, silverware etc in the kitchen. I had to go out and buy them for myself. This was inconvenient especially as I was only there for a week and did not need the kitchen items at home. I threw them away which seems wasteful.
