Relaxing. Just what I needed.

Kevin was so accommodating. Carried my luggage upstairs for me. Great location. I would definitely return to stay here

Great staff makes for acgreat stay!

Staff was exceedingly friendly and you felt they were listening when you spoke with them. My wife is Gluten Free so they recommended a place (Klees) that was excellent. They have an upstairs miranda that works great to hang outside.

Guy at check in was great and helpful. Close to IBSP whichnisnthe only reason I was there.

Advertising as an all suite facility is a serious stretch. I got the impression people live at this place. Tired and run down...but the rest of the town seems that way as well.

Proximity to function I was attending.

The price for the room and condition of the room. Room smelled like pot, the air conditioning unit was separated from wall and exposed to outside.

The location was great from what I needed. Managers friendly and accommodating.

The room I stayed in could use updating especially the bathroom. Slippery tub floor and no grab bars. I would not rate this 4 stars.

Nice, clean, safe, friendly atmosphere. Do stay if you have kids.

We had a lovely experience. The only thing is I'll need to remember to ask for a lower floor when traveling with 2 small children next time! The 3rd floor was alot of stairs but there was nothing I can complain about honestly. I would recommend it to anyone especially how close to the beach it is. I loved it and the beds were very comfortable.

We were on the end room up top out by the street and we could hear everything outside all night the first night. The second night was quieter. Whoever lived /Stayed in the little house behind it was outside arguing and yelling all night. We just turned up the AC to drown out the sound. This place was very good honestly all the way around.

Very nice, convenient, fun;

Basic, but normal for Seaside. Clean, nice staff, friendly and helpful.

Since we booked through bookings.com, the hotel makes up the cost by denying us perks guests who book direct receive. EG: Free breakfast and free beach badges.

Wonderful for our family of 4 with a baby

It was very clean, the room (suite) was quite large, the staff was AMAZING and very accommodating, especially Sydney! Only a block from the boardwalk. Perfect for families.

The only issue we had was that the beds weren't good for my husband's bad back. Wish they were a little more comfortable.

EXCELLENT

The staff was very helpful, and polite. The rooms were checked everyday to make sure we had enough towels and anything else we needed. Perfect stay!

The beds were a little small and a tad uncomfortable and the fridge was small so a lot of stuff ended up freezing.

it was ok.

Staff friendly. Close proxcimity to beach and boardwalk.

Didn't like the noise. Was on the second floor and could hear the family above us till about 2am. kids running up and down the halls and it sounded as if they were jumping of the beds onto the floor. The room was damp and musty. the faucets don't work properly. A.C. doesn't work properly, it never took the humidity out of the room. The smoke alarm was missing!!!!! The Hotel exterior could use some work!!!
