Amazing staff, facility outdated and a bit run down.

The staff, specifically Sandy, but the other woman was also kind and friendly. We had an issue with our mattress as it appeared moldy when checking for bed bugs, so we asked if there was another room. The other room we were given was not guest ready (water leak in ceiling). We asked if we could just be refunded, and they did so without a fuss. Then Sandy actually called Holiday Inn Express to see if they could take us, as it was July 4th and places were booked. They took us! She was incredible. Excellent service.

It is in need of a full remodel with new everything, including mattresses.

Very disappointed they need new housekeeping

Theres was no bugs the man at desk very nice and curtious

Ditry the bedspread a had a giant stain on it the chairs were gross dirty the sink area was dirty w hair . I had to clean it myself to just sit down i slept in the chair because the bedspread .The fridge hadn't been wiped dirty. I had to clean the room myself to sit down and sleep.

No hot water entire start 2 days.. first time bed bugs.. Moved to another room..bed bugs..( not as bad as first room). We only stayed over night..

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed at.

First room bedding was not changed on both beds, didn't check anything else in that room. 2nd room I was moved into was still no clean bedding, all light switches were dirty with finger prints sticky and food on them. Mirrors dirty, pee on the bathroom floor and around bottom of toilet, leftover food on the balcony ground, fridge turned off to defrost all over the floor. When I came back night 2 my key card didn't work and he really made me take a seat and wait 30 mins for shift change at 10:30 at night.

paid too much for a room I had to clean

the property looked ok from outside and so did the check in part.. they were short staffed..

the hallways and the elevator smelled like cigarettes!! the room was falling apart!! the phone was broken the ceiling was falling down when u walk in and in bathroom!! the whole room was dirty like never wiped down!! I had to go to target that was down the street to buy Clorox cleaner to wipe everything down!! room was dirty!!

Kicked out in the cold

Location

We was kicked out no refund OR key deposit. My husband suffers from dementia and mental illness and he was having a moment and nothing was done to help the room was dirty the bed had used condoms in it blood and old food smeared all over the walls and floor. The manager Sandy would not take anything into consideration we had to leave and NOW have no place to go
