Great stay

It was nice and quiet. Our room was very comfortable. I will stay at another courtyard again.

The bistro was never opened. What's the point of having a place in your hotel for your guests to grab something to eat if it's never open.

A positively good stay

Staff Customer service - Rose is the sweetest I remembered her from my first visit last year Well equipped gym ; great outdoor space w massive fire pit; mini fridge is a huge plus

Not very Pleasant.

When it was time to leave.

The GM was not very hospitable. Also threaten to kick me and my partner in our support animal off of the premises.

You have to request room service. I understand everyone is understaffed but it should be automatic at least every other day… Location is in a bad area I would not recommend.

My stay was beautiful it was a needed get away . The only issue that I have is with the pool .

The room was beautiful , it was comfortable. The hotel was quiet , wasn’t too busy . We received excellent service from the red haired front desk assistant.

The pool was a disappointment.

Room was nice people were very nice place was clean.

Milwaukee had received 9 inches of snow the day before and the parking lot was full of cars that had never been moved. A car that had a near by business on the side was parked in a front spot with snow covering it. The parking lot was like a car lot. I know that many people are not staying at the hotel and not moving those vehicles. No one hunkers down in a hotel for 3 days and never leaves. I an not talking about 4 or 5 cars about 15 to 20.

Very enjoyable, relaxed and the beds were wonderful.

clean well run friendly place to go Great staff and they keep the rowdiness at a minimum. it’s more set up for Buisness travelers and that is fine. They still take care of families also

What breakfast? Had to go to McDonald’s or pay $4 for a lousy muffin. Also, no whirlpool, even though one was in the picture next to the pool. Super disappointed. Sounded like the upstairs was a bowling alley. Never again.

Breakfasts are dismal. If you are not worried about breakfast during week long stays and are just crashing for the weeke

it’s in such a location as to take advantage of air travelers while close enough to service those visiting Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Bathroom was super clean. Room and linens were clean.

I will premise this by saying our stay was a weekend to weekend stay, Sunday to following Sunday. One of the primary factors in selecting this hotel was the reviews about the breakfasts. We had planned utilize the hotels breakfast in the weeks meal plan. Make no mistake, the breakfast here during the week is simply dismal. For breakfasts during the week you are greeted with microwave biscuits, cereal cups, bananas, oatmeal pouches, etc. In other words barely grab and go breakfasts. When we asked about it we got excuses ranging from “not enough staff” to “we haven’t had the bistro for three years now” (even tho everywhere you look there’s adverts about it, even menus in the elevators) That brings me to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday we were informed that they would make us a couple items from the “bistro menu” if we ask. In stark contrast, both Saturday and Sunday they had posted up a menu of a couple “bistro menu” items, along with offering orange juice, flavored coffee, and more. Seeing this it was clear that they simply don’t put this same energy into guest breakfasts during the week as they do on weekends. This is a pretty sad practice if you ask me and enough if one that will keep me from ever returning to stay there nor recommending the place to friends and family. This hotel grounds are set up for a nice morning and even evening bistro. They have bottles on display behind the counter that indicate they could serve alcohol in the evenings. utilizing these abilities to the fullest would keep this hotel packed, especially on the weekend. The hotel is clean and secure and the cleaning staff and checkin staff are responsive and courteous so I don’t think the hotel is being mismanaged which may mean that they simply do not enough staff to open the bistro which is a shame. The potential is there.
