Breakfast could have been better. Cheerios sale. One morning eggs weren’t done. Hey but coffee was great.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone definitely a one star

Location

Rooms were dirty Carpet needs replaced, stained Bathroom faucet had horrible pressure In the shower tub combination was rusty the handicap handrails weren’t attach to the wall. Shower curtain was dirty and too long for the term wouldn’t stay closed.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Quiet area to sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Would explore other options next trip

The value was fair. The location was centralized. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. House keeping did a good job.

I have stayed at the comfort inn and suites in Springfield multiple times and was hoping this one would be the same. The air conditioning didn't work very well, luckily it was early May and not real hot outside. I stayed 4 nights, the breakfast was the same everyday and not real good nor replenished when empty, and this was 7am. I am not expecting anything amazing at all but this was well below the Springfield franchise. The tub/shower was stained, (not dirty) but needed work. Maybe just minor complaints but enough to where the next work trip to Decatur will probably have me exploring another chain.

Didn't eat breakfast. Good location. Quiet room.

I killed about 15 small black ants that keep coming up on the desk in the room. On a previous stay, I had to kill 3 flies and that was in the middle of the winter. Floor around the edges and corners needed a good vacuuming. Bathtub was kinda nasty looking.

Terrible/ worst attitude from staff

The lady that cleaned our room was nice.

The attendant wasn’t very nice at all. We had family come to visit for kids birthday and he didn’t seem to care for children. Kind of rude to the children. I will not be referring them to anymore. Even told us we couldn’t eat in our room.

Wonderful very satisfying not long enough

I liked how calm and relaxed everyone was noone rushed me while I was waiting for my ride who had forgot me again but seemed concerned for me as I was finding this out and was gonna have to sit and wait very nice people great place very clean smelled wounderful loved the pillows and big showers only downfall I seen but not a huge problem was no slot machines other wise awesome stat and experience

The room was nice

The staff refused to give me a printed receipt for my one night stay. They claimed that they would email it. I had to call the hotel after noticing that they charged me for three nights.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

Gas smell when I walked into lobby. No one at desk. Many times when I went downstairs, no one was at desk. Breakfast - no meat for eggs, no jelly. No one at desk. Appears that family running it live in hotel.

First room we had looked like someone was staying there already? It as a great location. Next room was by outside entrance and housekeeping. It was noisy.
