Not the worst

The staff was nice & the breakfast had a good variety.

The bed had a valley in it that made it very uncomfortable for me & my husband to sleep. The room smelled like urine when you first walked in.

Terrible.

Nothing. Dirty. No ac on 3rd floor. Left shortly after check in. Had to find a new hotel.

AC out on 3rd floor. Was not mentioned at the time of check in. 2 year old was miserable with the heat.

Goede locatie maar ouderwets hotel en faciliteiten

Goede locatie, ontbijt was oke maar niet heel bijzonder. 1 bed was echt niet slaapbaar, de andere was prima. De kamers zijn oud en aan een make over toe.

Het was allemaal verouderd en zag er geleefd uit. De badkuip (waar de douche bij zat) was klein en oud.

This hotel needs a facelift.

Room size was decent. Decor was okay.

This hotel really needs updating. Doors were cheap, old, dented and didn't seal closed. Lots of daylight into the hallway so lots of noise. Paint chipped, peeling everywhere. No USB ports. No secure Wifi. Absolutely no lighting in the bathroom. Very dim.

Great location and some friendly staff. Super comfy pillows.

Location and we usually use a Quinta for our stays

Our AC was not working woke up in the middle of the night sweating we stayed for 1 night but we couldn’t wait to go

There was someone's fake nail on the floor, also they didn't throw out the people before us trash. They was a cup full of spit (chewing tobacco) in our trash gross

Not too bad of a stay

Loved the location and staff was very friendly. The gentleman at the front desk at night was most friendly! And very informative about Kerrville. I didn’t get his name!

All the rooms with 2 beds were full sized beds. Very uncomfortable for 2 people in each bed. Moldy walls, near bathtub. No ventilation in bathrooms. Our ac was pouring water the first couple nights we moved rooms and had no issues other than mold.

Overall it was good, too pricey compared to other places we stayed on our road trip.

Location was great, staff was friendly.

Our hotel room was on the 3rd floor East side of the building and we had no internet service. Front desk person was aware of it and should have said something to us about it at check-in.

I would definitely stay here again and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Location was great, you are near all essential locations. Plenty of parking and entrances.

The doors to the rooms are not completely sealed so outside sound comes in very easily! The wifi was in and out at times, but overall the room was great.
