The staff was super friendly and accommodating

It was disappointing that the pool didn't work especially since it's getting hot now, the coffee maker wasn't really working and we were in a pet room as we had our little Chiweenie with us and it smelled in there like mildew and like other pets had had accidents in there, other than the pillows being kind of flat and it smelling bad and the pool being unavailable for use it served its purpose was clean and got the job done. One thing I didn't like was if u want late check out u have to pay $20 for every hour u stay. When u check out on the booking site it doesn't give u the option of booking a pet suite and I was going to have to pay more money to be moved to a pet room which didn't make me happy but she ended up giving me the room for the price I booked it for because it wouldn't let her change it.

Breakfast was nice to have and close to festival

I needed a non smoking room and I was "upgraded" to the family room. Turns out it only had one bed that me and my two children shared. No pool

The manager Therese demanded to have an employee enter our room, told my boyfriend it was for room service when he was at the front desk paying for another night and then later told me over the phone it was because there was noise complaints on our floor and that they needed to search all of the rooms in the section. The employee confirmed nothing was damaged but still kept the deposit claiming that it "smelled like smoke" even though we did not smoke in the room. I'm highly disappointed with the way Therese dealt with all of this. Even when I went to the front desk and tried to talk to her civilly, she continues to try to argue with me and told me that she was going to keep the deposit and there was nothing I could do about it.
