Comfortable beds/ courteous management.

Breakfast- not really offered, but the gentleman found a brown paper sack for us. It contained 2 rather ripe bananas. 2 hostess danish that had expired in 3/23 snd blueberry muffins that had expired in 6/22. ( today is 7/2/23)

The shower curtain was quite inadequate- a decorative curtain, not a water barrier. Hence, water all over the place. Almost empty roll of toilet paper on the roll. Need of paint in the bathroom Very little ice available. Office was not open at 8.

Very good

The staff were fantastic! The hotel and rooms were extremely clean.

It was advertised to have a pool and breakfast. The pool was closed and there was the opportunity to get a brown bag to go in which I chose not to order. Regardless, the stay went well and got a great nights sleep.

Did the trick as there are few choices any better in town.

Not so much-still in COVID mode!

Ambiance was non-existent and exterior grounds were sad! I think furniture was from the 50’s and I don’t mean retro cool. Very sad chairs . TV was fine and shower , too.

My mom and I needed a clean, safe place to stay, and Knights Inn was exactly that. The staff at the front desk was excep

It was clean, well maintained, and had room to park an RV towing a car.

The only negative was a slightly noisy heater in the room.

OK, other than the incredibly loud heater fan.

Convenient location.

The fan of the heater/air conditioner in room #102 was incredibly loud, even at lowest setting. It had a crazy vibration that was like being next to freight train. Unfortunately, it was too cold not to use it, so I didn’t get much sleep. Other than that, fair enough for the money.

Double billed, accused of not really having reservation and surprise extra charges

I was double billed. Paid booking and required to pay at hotel. At first clerk did not want to honor reservation through booking.com. Then charged extra for pet and surcharge for two beds. I want my money back from booking.com

Gentleman that checked me in allowed for room change.. Accidentally ordered smoking when it was meant to be non. Older building and room but large and clean. Bed was comfy. Small table to eat at.

Very good

The property is dated the bed was great the towels not so much large room quite and you are in a small town in far west Texas there is no Ritz Carleton within 200 miles. The price was great and we had a good nights rest.

Good place to stay, a little expensive, but we had few choices for that area.

Location good, on main street, easy to access, good parking. Lawn and access to back of property through a gate to walk dogs. Allowed pets, though at high fees graded by pet weight. The staff was generous, though, as my pets are on the borderline of their weight categories and they charged me the lesser amount.

Refrigerator made intolerable noise, so we had to unplug. Reported to management the next day. Pet fees high, amounting to an extra 50% of already-above-normal room cost.

Good value hotel for business or short stay.

Big 2-queen room, well equipped with all the usual stuff--fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Very clean.

Mismatched office chair would not go under desk, which was immediately inside the room door so partially blocking the entrance. Bathtub drain would not seal, so had to run water in tub continuously to maintain bath level. Bedspread had strong perfumy smell, unlike the sheets, so it must have been washed separately and in smelly detergent or softener. I had to remove it from the bed to sleep.

I thought this facility was ok, but will check out others in the same price range next trip.

Breakfast was cancelled due to COVID.

This facility is very dated. Small improvements like replacing the caulking around the tub that now has mildew would go a long way. That being said, the bed was super comfortable and very clean. I had an awesome sleep, waking up totally refreshed.

Van Horn is just a place to stop on the road. But we expected better.

the bedding was clean and the sink and tub were clean. the mattress was good.

The walls, baseboards and door frames were dirty and dusty. There was a stain on the side of the boxspring. The carpet was old and sticky.

Don't like surprise fees.

Had nothing

Hotel advertised pet friendly. Didn't expect $25. Fee. I had my own portable crate for dog. I have a small dog. We had been driving all day. If it wasn't so late we would 'be gone elsewhere. DIDN'T LIKE THE SURPRISE FEE. Clock is too far to see frm Bed. Had to get out of Bed. We should be refunded the fee for Dog because we weren't told at time of booking.

Following the advice of the attendant, we ate, cleaned up & went to bed.

The lobby entrance was sparking clean and the check attendant kind and helpful. the room was adequate and served our needs for the night.

It was in Van Horn, a town which time has left behind.
