We enjoyed it. Went to Wells Beach. Breakfast across the street.

Instructions for coffee maker and how to work heat/air conditioner unit. Also hand rail on steps to get to unit for safety/support.

The stay was pleasant. The location was ideal. The room was quiet and clean and the Staff was great.

I dont remember requesting a quiet room but it certainly was quiet. Everything was clean and orderly. Very enjoyable.

Fantastic place, I slept great.

The room is fabulous, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are just fantastically comfortable, I slept great.

The room really needs more light, the one light in the corner simply isn't adequate. A light on the night stand next to the bed would be excellent. Also there aren't enough outlets available, I am glad I travel with a small power strip so I can plug all my devices in for the night.

Friendly staff and pleasant site and grounds.

A table and chairs would have been more desirable than a desk and chair. This is a vacation area, not a business destination. Thin walls and ceiling. We could hear the guests walking around upstairs and yappy dogs outside late at night.

Clean and very well maintained. Staff is friendly. Heating works well in October. WiFi works well.

No hooks in the bathroom. Just a question for staff. Where do expect guests should put clothes in the bathroom? ;) Please set some hooks on the door at least.

absolutely nothing this place is disgusting and wet smelling the sheets are stained don’t believe the reviews

everything this place was nasty and the man working the afternoon had such an attitude with me because I wanted to change rooms due to blood and dirt on the sheets as well as the room smelling like cigarettes and wet. I asked to change rooms and the next one was smaller and just as gross. black mold all over the shower bugs in the room.

The room was clean and modern, and the grounds were well-kept.

One significant issue was the nightstand clock wasn't reset. So, the alarm clock went off at 6:30 am, which my wife and I were unhappy about as we had a late night celebrating our Anniversary. In addition, the bathroom light of the sink is missing a bulb. The main bathroom ceiling light is missing the light housing. The paint was also unfinished in the bathroom.

This was a great place to stay!

We loved this place! The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping was regular and friendly. All of the facilities were clean and cleaned daily -- the pool, the grounds. Staff at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. Our dog also loved it, and the facility made it easy for us to clean up after him, with doggy bags/waste bins all around the property. The bed was comfortable, and we loved having an extra room for our teenagers. We were within walking distance of Moody Beach and many amenities: mini-golf, restaurants, an ice cream stand, shopping. Oh, and they even gave us a cute treat bag for our dog that included a doggy bowl and some biscuits! Two thumbs up for this place, and we'd definitely visit again.

Great location everything close by. Can walk to some places. Hannaford down the street if you have a kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was excellent!

No cell phone service had to leave the area and go down the street for service.Front desk not very good with communication.
