Comfy beds. Awesome staff.

Convenient. Great price for two beds

Not a huge selection of breakfast in the a.m. was left to choose from. Wi-Fi was down. Plus they required us to put a parking pass in our cars. Just inconvenient in the rain. They need a fan in one spot.

It was fine for my purposes but the old run down feel of common spaces was a little uncomfortable, especially TV blastin

Facility old in process of being remodeled, chipping paint on facade, old carpet in hallway and uneven floor, TV always on loud in the lobby. Restauarant food good but very expensive

Cleanliness could of been better in corridors. Ban on smoking weed. The pool was out of order and looked as if it had been for a while. Reception staff not too helpful.

Disappointed

The view was nice.

The hallway carpets were disgustingly stained. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in dispensers. Coffee maker broken. Air conditioning didn't work, over 80 degrees in room. The grounds looked like no one worked there. Weeds growing thru the sidewalks and patio, grass was brown. Garbage cans overflowing.

It was good for the most part

Our room had a dirty wet towel on the floor right when we walked in. The shower ran all over the floor. It was a handicap room. The hallway toward the resteraunt was super sticky. I mean it left residue on my shoe for the weekend.

Ok but the booking.com and communication to the hotel needs to be corrected.

I ate with my family who lives nearby

I booked this room for my brother thru booking.com but there is a definite miscommunication between them and the hotel. You give them the guest name and yet it gets booked under whomever is making the reservation which screws up everything. This happened three times to me.

Everything was excellent the room, housekeeping, breakfast and the workers were friendly

Location and breakfast was terrific.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Every was terrific I was happy I stayed at Best Western Hotel.

The location was good. Close to stores and restaurants.

Bedding was dirty. There were hairs on the bed. Also we heard dogs barking from other rooms all night long.

Sad food, place needs an update in painting, cleaning Dust coffee maker like not cleaned forever

Rip off on dining options with the bar restaurant. In room menu went to pick up take out order way more than menu listed prices. Attendant took 1.50 off for over charge but actually another 2.50 overcharged versus listed menu price. Then ate the foo, NOT crap food, tasteless, greasing, disgusting thru I in the trash.

It was right for my needs - had a 5 am airport trip

Easy check in, everything was clean, quiet

I would have preferred an upstairs room as I was traveling alone. My room was right by the parking lot and I didn't always feel secure.

I don’t believe I received the upgraded queen room that I booked but it was ok.

The staff was very friendly. Good location.

The carpet had a clump of hair on it and stains. The hot tub needed to be cleaned.

everything. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughter lives there. So I will be visiting a lot. I will definitely be back there to stay

I would stay again! Comfortable, convenient, and very friendly staff.

Comfortable and clean room, beautiful view, big shower with great water pressure, and very friendly staff.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t necessarily like though, I’d say the breakfast could have been a little better.

there were bugs in the room and the room also had someone else’s stuff in it, indicating they did not clean it well. manager has not returned my calls about that.
