My stay was extremely fun and comfortable

I loved how there was free breakfast and the pools were open 24 hours. Usually we would have to rush our time to go to the pool but we would go at 2am and it was nice.

I wish the breakfast times would be a little bit later because we like to sleep in but I know that the times are the same at every hotel. There is nothing else that I don’t like about my stay

Very good

The king-size bedroom was nice and spacious. Great breakfast with various items to choose from. The outdoor swimming pool is heated which is enjoyable on a cool December evening.

I think the main thing is that the hotel doesn't have elevators. Although I was offered a room downstairs, I chose the one on the second floor because it had a comfy sofa chair and ottoman/footrest where I could sit and read before going to bed. I would stay again.

Superb

Great location and seemed to be undercooked for the area. The property appears to be an older motel which has been rebranded and refurbished, but it's well done and fits the area. The room was large and well appointed, and the bathroom was nicely done with a tiled shower. My second floor room had a balcony, which was a welcome surprise.

My first room was just off the lobby and next to the breakfast area. I suspect it's not a bad room under normal conditions. This weekend, however, Indio was hosting a huge youth soccer tournament and several teams had booked in at the hotel. They decided to use the breakfast area as their staging/meeting/eating area, which made the room louder than I was comfortable with. It took less than 5 minutes at the front desk and they reassigned me to a comparable room in a different building. No fuss no muss and I was on my way. While I wasn't happy with the way the other occupants were using the property, the staff was quick to address my concerns and make me a happy customer.

The staff we interacted with were all very friendly

1) Although we didn’t use it, the pool was heated. 2) The breakfast was very good. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t just cold cereal and rolls. We had eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, waffles and apples.

No elevator in our building. Yes, we are capable of using the stairs but an elevator would have been nice when you are loaded down with your bags

An overnight stay on a trip across country, near friends we visited.

Location wasn't hard to navigate, and close to friends we were visiting. The breakfast options were good. Parking was convenient to the room. Ice machine was close by (though it was quite loud and we could hear whenever people got ice, but the hotel wasn't crowded so it was tolerable). Staff was pleasant.

No freezer in the mini-fridge so we couldn't re-freeze our ice packs and had to use ice from the machine (which we were trying to avoid due to drought conditions).

Big pool, room a little worn.

Staff helpful and the pool was open 24 hours, except they did maintenance on it exactly when we would’ve like to use it in the morning before the weather got too hot.

Things were a little worn, like the bath tub basin had a huge worn patch, but still clean.

Super friendly staff! 😃😃 I overslept and missed the breakfast, but the bacon smelled GREAT!!! I really appreciated the security measures at this hotel ... Nice touch by making the exterior doors accessible only with a room key.

Very good

my only complaint was the carpet in the room. It looked like it had many cigarette burns yet it was a non smoking room. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and should be looked at. But my pillows were comfortable and it had a nice TV, I slept great! My 2 dogs had a great time as well. thank you for allowing pets for the big dog show in Indio. Room #156

Quality have eaten better at 7/11. Quoted room price was way way less than bill at check. Why hide final cost be out front about additional resort fees etc final cost was 1/3 more than reserved quote rate. Way over priced product

Extra nice motel.

Breakfast was great-lots of choices. Bacon and eggs-yum! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are well off the highway, Pool is amazing. Hot tub too! Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. This is our 4th stay here and we hope to return.

Over all we had a good stay and we will return.

Breakfast was good maybe it could have a little more selection of items. For example oak meal,sausages, different toast bread wheat, sourdough things like that.

TV is a little complicated and no movie channels.
