Well done

Only 1 desk chair and 2 beds that were so high I could barely get into them Nice tv The people at the desk were wonderful Esp the gentleman day clerk. It was a very pleasant stay except for the beds. They also had plastic covers that were very noisy.

broken shower handle /dirty towels/sticky elevator floor and roaches just hanging out in my room experience was horrible 90% of the staff didn’t understand English

They were nice enough to upgrade me to a didn't style room then what I asked for and charged me the same price.

Breakfast area was really small. Rooms walls were new so u could see a lot of the stains from water damages as well as the hall smelt moldy. Also need a bigger sign to let people know where the entrance is.

our king bed was super comfortable and the pillows were some soft( which I love ) and some medium. they change the entire bed daily!

The staff and hotel was good

My bathroom toilet was stopped up I contacted the front desk and was advised that someone would come to fix it within 30 minutes from 4am until check out no one ever came we had to go to lobby restroom until the door was locked and front desk had no key to unlock it. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable.

The room was very small and the tv did not work. Also the floor shook when walked on. It also had a table with a bent leg and the room did not feel as clean.

The stay was terrible and I knew we should have never checked in.

The place was dirty and nasty. When we woke up there was a dead cock roach or bed bug in the bed. Took pictures and showed the receptioinist. They were going to call me and never did
