The hotel was adequate but not what I usually encounter in my travels.

The breakfast was adequate. Eggs and bacon would have been a better option.

When booking on line I specifically asked for and received confirmation for a ground floor room because there was no elevator. The manager on duty was unable to fulfill my request even though I had confirmation. When I asked for compensation she said there was nothing she could do. This hotel will definitely not be one I will ever choose again.

I was a very good, short stay with food and gas stops close by. All hotel personnel were gracious.

There was an outstanding front desk person who greeted me, after I had a long day of driving and difficulty finding the hotel on GPS. I am likely spelling her name incorrectly, but Abena (?) was amazing; very helpful, patient and kind and gave good reviews on food to be found for dinner in the area. She was so welcoming, above what one ordinarily expects at check-in. The room was a good size and very, very clean. It was in a good location to take the dog outside easily for her walks.

It would be nice to have a better area for a dog walk, but understand that sometimes that isn't possible. I didn't like the trash outside the window on the first floor, as opening the curtains was uncomfortable, which makes the room very dark. I could hear quite a bit of movement from the room above, it was quite a lot and ran late into the evening.

We were confirmed by hotel that we had a room. Shortly after that email, received another saying they may not have a room, we would have to wait until we got there to find out. We were traveling for a funeral. I could not take that chance, so we cancelled.

Unsatisfactory

Can't knock what others have said but, in my opinion the overall conditions are not nice and clean. The room was a bit musty and the upholstered chair was partially covered in mold. I paid for 2 days in advance but could not stay completely through the 2nd and left. Definitely needs more attention to details.

Nothing. Wasn't able to check in the room because the guy at the front desk didn't know what he was doing.

Didn't like the fact that they were trying to charge my boyfriend's card twice. The manager Mary was also very rude on the phone. She yelled at him when he was simply trying to explain the situation to her.

Dirty, smelly, dated, STAINED SHEETS

The lady that assisted at the front desk was very nice when I asked to change rooms, only thing I liked about the place.

EVERYONE'S WORST FEAR! STAINS ON THE BEDSHEETS!!! Need I say more? ALSO, THIS PLACE STINKS!! We had to switch rooms from our first room and the second was no better, thank god I carry Febreze in my car because it smelled like wet dog and mold. When I told the lady at the front desk she smiled at me as if she knew that the entire hotel had an order. My brother also stayed at the other end of the hotel and the smell got no better, smelled like moth balls and mildew. What did they do after I told them it stank you ask? Literally the same thing I did, rather than clean the room she went in with a can of Febreze and sprayed the room.

Terrible stay and way overpriced, just sleep in your car.

The parking was convenient. That was the ONLY good thing.

The employees were rude. The doors didn’t unlock 9/10 tries. The rooms were dirty and run down. The shower in the bathroom was falling apart - from the faucet to the shower head. It also didn’t drain. At night and in the early morning, they lock the entrance to the lobby. There is a doorbell, but all three times we tried to enter, it took five - seven minutes for someone to come let us in.
