I will definitely be back because of the hospitality and Room 122. We were crowded in room 102.

Ashley and Amber She went above and beyond herself with her quick thinking response to solve the problem.

The pool has a handicap seat for the disabled. How do you expect them to get into the pool area? There is no ramp for a wheelchair. Room 102 needs handicap rails.

Never again will I stay here! I have called them several times! Still no resolution.

The property was fine

The customer service was awful. Booking. com had already taken my payment but clerk insisted that they didn’t. I called trying to resolve and I got the run around still haven’t got my payment charged back yet. The clerk and manager said I was lying to them and sent me a cancellation form with there name on it. All I know is I was charged first by booking.com and then they charged me over 991 dollars and some change! What a ripoff! I would not recommend to anyone. I will never go back there. They are very disrespectful to their customers whenever you question them! BUYERS BEWARE OF THEM CHARGING YOU TWICE!

Not as expected

I liked that the hotel was close to beach and everything that we had planned for our family vacation.

I didn't like that our room was only cleaned 1 time in our stay. And we had to continuously ask for towels and toilet paper. There was always an excuse as to why things were not getting done and we had to take put our own trash.

Beds were over used. And the shower didn't seem cleaned. The microwave and bed side lights were broken.

Good place to stay for a fair price.

The rooms and property seemed newly renovated which was nice to see.

It was okay.

The breakfast was fine but maybe think of including lactose free milks for those who have a dairy intolerance.

That about 2 in the morning a group of college aged guests came into the parking area yelling, cursing, blaring music to the point our room shook for a moment. It was completely disrespectful to other guests especially those traveling with young chidren.

The staff was friendly, but that's probably the only good thing I can say

I waited 2 hours for a clean room and it wasnt clean. There was hair all over the beds, in the bathroom, and even on the phone. Breakfast was okay but they didnt have very many options. I get it's a 2 star hotel but with the price gouging I would've thought they'd try a little harder.

It was Nice for some quality sister family trip

Staff was friendly and kind. Had no problems with anything we needed.

There didn’t seem to have lighting in pool area in the evening. My opinion bed was a little hard.

the room was not as clean as it should have been. hair in tub and on bath mat. crumbs on table from others that had fried chicken before us. dirty washcloth outside our door when we checked in. no one picked it up for the 4 day we were there.

Our stay was uncomfortable starting in a dirty room, second room was better but never again.

Location, close to fishing spots

Room was dirty, roaches crawling everywhere. TV remote had no batteries and once we got some it needed to be programed to even watch.

Pleasant, yet disappointed.

The room was updated and çlean.

The refrigerator didn't work. My room wasn't cleaned after I left for my fishing trip. There wasn't any hot water. I had to take a somewhat cold shower. People go to Port Aransas for fishing trips, the breakfast bar should open sooner to accommodate.
