I’d go back.

Old but gracious. Located near grocery store and 2 ski resorts.

A little long in tooth but had its own charm.

Good location, roomy, unexpectedly quiet, but looking very worn; breakfast is basically non-existent

Quiet, Roomy, Convenient Location. Staff is friendly and helpful

Breakfast is very poor, with no restaurant options within walking distance. No healthy options, just sugary lowest budget pastry and coffee. No toaster, no bread, no fruit, no yogurt, no oatmeal packets. Attempts to work around this scuttled by no Microwave in room, and a dysfunctional fridge that leaves half the items warm and the other half frozen solid. Coffee maker on “food vanity” can’t be used there due to lack of outlet. 9 of 10 other places I stayed at on this monthlong trip all had at least minimum acceptable options for a modest breakfast. Also, place is looking worn - no obvious reinvestment in keeping it up to date.

Nice location, but don’t book early - you pay a lot more than same day booking guests.

Convenient location

We paid $50 more for the same type of room as our friends did when we booked early and they did not. Two different front desk staff members were very unhelpful and completely blew me off when I brought it up.

Very good

Good value budget accommodation in Frisco. Rooms had all the basics. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Nothing in particular, but understand this is a budget hotel. Id stay there again.

I just love the home feeling of this hotel. It is always clean, has a grill, picnic table, close to the lake.

I understand why they don't allow dogs but wished they did

Superb

I enjoyed the 9 days stay here for my skiing trip. The location is perfect for my epic pass, and I can also work with a wife good speed. Staffs are chill, friendly and helpful. I’d love to come back for my next ski trip.

Would be nice if we could have whole day hot drinking water and coffee service.

We would like to stay again for ski trip.

Family room had 4 chairs and a table which was perfect for our family. No pets was perfect thing for our family too.

Some sounds from outside the room could be heard.

Good value hotel

Just stayed one night visiting family who were in town to ski. Comfortable, clean, great staff. Good location just off the interstate. Very good option for a short stay where we just needed a place to sleep.

Breakfast was simple with not a lot of offerings. Parking filled up due to others' poor parking in the snow. Staff was helpful with options but it still was a bit annoying. Sheet/comforter sets could be better matched to the beds.

Classic old school ski lodge!

Everyone is very friendly and the rooms very clean.

Upgrading or replacing the bathroom towels. They were incredibly thin and worn.

Clean and cheap

The price was great, and the location. I liked it was independently operated. The inside decor of rustic all wood and logs was great. It was clean. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early.

Probably old carpet... Something had a lingering smoke smell though it was no smoking. The mattresses weren't comfortable and the room/bathroom tiny. No pool or hot tub availability due to COVID!? Couldn't ever find a person in the office.

Good for a one night stop.

Friendly staff. Quiet. Easy to find. Comfortable room. Nice to be in a family run hotel rather than a chain.

The grab and go breakfast was just packeted Danish or muffins. Something a bit healthier would be preferable. No restaurants or shops very near.

Great value for a clean quiet stay.

This was just what I wanted. A quiet, clean room bathroom and facilities without the high dollar frills. The bed was comfortable and clean. The show and bath was small but clean. Over all the property seemed to be well maintained. Price was good and a good value. The staff was very friendly and assisted in retrieving some personal property after I checked out. Good customer service.

The property was a little older but I cant say I disliked it as it was well maintained, clean and a good price.
