Sweat all night long, the a/c cuts off unless you move !

There was no breakfast at this location, even though when I booked it thru booking.com, they said there was a breakfast!

When I booked my room at booking.com I asked for a room with a king size bed, just to be told when i checked in I was given a queen, and could not be upgraded to a king because booking.com said I wanted a queen, I learned a lesson not to book thru booking.com

Too expensive for a dirty place

Close to places I wanted to be

Dirty and expensive for 2 nights, they never clean my room and the furniture was dusty.

Breakfast was unremarkable rest of the facilities was wonderful clean and well run

It said Breakfast provided this really meant you could purchase cereal or frozen sausage biscuits

would not return and was a waste of 298.00 for an uncomfortable stay!

our room was like of it had just quickly cleaned smelled of cooked food dirty pots on stove that’s were not washed right beds were uncomfortable there was men’s shaven hair all in the bathroom dirty cup in bathroom floor was utterly sticky and dirty even when housekeeping exchanged towels sat monrning they did not bother to clean floor which was complained about that morning, not to mention we checked in at 2 am tired, with 2 kids and the shower was cold no hot water

Staff was very friendly...

people in the room above me were romping around at 6 am until 7:30 am when I was trying to sleep. Sound proofing was not good between floors.

It was nice.

The carpet was wet in one corner of the room and got our stuff wet. I thought maybe they had cleaned it at first. But it was wet for the whole time we were there.

We enjoyed our stay there very much and the all the staff we encountered were very polite.

Bed was comfortable. Lots of table space. My daughter and I worked a 500 piece puzzle. :-) Stayed there because it had a kitchen and we didn't want to eat out.

We didn't watch TV but if we would have I would have been disappointed because the TV was pretty small.

There wasn’t a breakfast. Elevator broken, old creamer, stayed 7 nights, never cleaned my room. The floor in the kitchen area was filthy, tiles broken in the bathroom

Comfortable but lacking in upgrades and services.

Right off the highway.

Terrible Wi-Fi connection. I could barely send an email. Location is not very easy to access depending on direction traveling from. Small and old 32 in television.

Not a bad hotel just no security/surveillance! I guess somewhat a sketchy location

The room was nice. It wasn’t the one we booked but wasn’t bad. Bed was comfortable!

Security was non existent! Our vehicle got broken into right up front of the hotel and at least one other car did. When we told the hotel. They let us cancel our second night with no problem but acted as if it wasn’t a big deal! There is signs saying they aren’t responsible and I understand that but there was no emotion!

Horrible experience.

We thought it was a safe hotel and reserved for 3 nights. First night there, Someone broke in our vehicle, and broke our window. Staff didn’t help us at all, they say they do not have cameras pointing there. But we clearly see a camera pointing there. We checked out after the incident and they say they will reimburse the money and it’s been more than 6 days and I have not received a response or refund.

I really liked the ease of check in and the friendliness of the staff.

The room I was put in had ants everywhere and also saw roaches crawling around. Of course I did not see these the night before because my family and I were tired and went to bed almost immediately upon arrival. In the morning there were ants all over our clothes, some on the bed, the air conditioning, and in our clothes.
