Breakfast

The front desk staff were very responsive and nice. Responded to any issue we had right away.

I wish they had more of a breakfast spread. It was pretty much cereals, yogurt, waffles, and hard boiled eggs with a few other things.

I liked that you can check in late. We checked in at 3am. I did ask if they could hold our luggage for an hour and the staff was happily accepted. We didn’t end up using this service but I’m glad they offer it.

The room was tiny. No counter space in bathroom. Closet was not functional. The bar/hangers were at the bottom half so you could only hand infant close if you wanted to with the 3 hangers they provide. Only 4 drawers, two others were glued shut. Windows did not provide any ventilation- only opened 4 inches and no screen so we got flies. This hotel also doesn’t have any cots. Not family friendly at all. No hair dryer. No plug near the floor mirror so if more than one person needs to use a mirror to do hair you will struggle. The mattress was coned in the center, not comfortable. Bedding was good. Pillows were good too. The hotel itself was one large building with only two elevators. The elevators were not programmed to operate at best efficiency so the wait in the morning was long, everyone was waiting for one elevator. The breakfast was good however the dining area doesn’t accommodate the size of the hotel so you take the food back to your room and there isn’t space to eat in your room if you came with more than one person. Not family friendly. The last day we called for towels and we’re told they ran out. They said it would about 45m to get some. It was 9am. Checkout is at 11. We are a family of 4. They offered hand towels and then said they would call maintenance to see what they can do. I told them to bring me 7 hand towels if they couldn’t bring body towels. They ended up bringing the body towels luckily. Note that there isn’t enough space in the bathroom to hand your towels to dry so you end up having to need more if you are a family. We didn’t use the pool though we observed staff cleaning it one morning.

Only the location, but it was a bad experience staying in this hotel.

The facility is old, dirty, bad smelling in some places, poor breakfast, lier employees and very unfriendly. They say that they only clean after three nights, but they don’t. I will never stay in this hotel again.

It was a fast quick check-in and out. I like that when I am at the door trying to get my key, someone is always opening the door for me, which helps cut down my time to search for my keys.

In my first conversation with the cleaning lady, I wasn't happy. She didn't understand what I am asking her even though I told her many times. She keeps on refusing the things I ask for so I don't have to go down to the front desk. The phone, in the room, the #0 doesn't work, so I have to go down to the front desk to talk to someone.

24 hour fitness center and laundry on site! you can buy soap (1 load) and dryer sheets (2 qty). It was convenient

Our toilet wouldn’t flush fully after a few flushes. Not a big issue.

The property was in a great location with many restaurants stores close by. Property was very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodated our every need. I will definitely book again.

Wall thermostat was broken in room 215. Lights were really dim in the whole room. Elevators were really slow.

I got my requested room was very quiet compared to the last time with rude neighbors slamming doors all night

Convenient location, decent sized room. Trying to think of positive. Mattress was dunked but not lumpy. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Very old building, but they touched up the cosmetics. Definitely not up to part for La Quinta.

Room could have easily been more clean. Crumbs in bathroom and one bed had unchanged sheets on it. Complete with wrinkles & brownish stain like someone dirty or sweaty slept in it. I was so repulsed I slept on top of the bed. It was 1:30am when I got in and the last thing I needed was to move rooms. Also the water pressure was terrible. The toilet took forever to fill and didn't flush properly, and the sink barely trickled. I didn't even bother trying the shower. I won't stay here again. And I'm tired of La Quinta charging pet fees. $25/pet/night, I only choose LA Quinta for the free pet stays. I will be finding a new chain from now on.

it was conveniently located to all kinds of stores and restaurants. They had a gym. They had a pool, which was very clean. The breakfast daily was awesome and every single staff member was super helpful, super pleasant and altogether nice. The front desk gentleman that we checked in with was very nice.

The only thing I could say is that the carpet on the floors could be updated along with the hotel doors to each room. But those were minor things, and did not impact my stay.

Our room was very large & quiet at night. Loved our balcony. Staff in morning was wondering. The girl that took care of breakfast on Monday (6th) & Tuesday (7th) was very sweet & kept everything well stocked & clean. We'll be back!

The fact that we were told that you didn't take chime, so my bank card was charged but then my bf's card...he has chime was charged as well. We got the $ back after we checked out but still we were charged twice upon arrival. We could of used that $$ during our stay in California. But we got it back instantly after checking out. Thank you.
