Very pleasant, responsive staff. Very accommodating and anxious to assist. Nice room.

My room was wonderful, other than I’m 5’2” and getting into my bed was an extreme challenge due to its height. The pool area was beautiful and well kept with what appeared to be new seating and tables. The hideabed needs to be replaced as it sags.

Height of bed. Sofa/hide away bed sags and was uncomfortable. I didn’t like that I had to take my dog, who must be with me at all times due to my breathing issues, all the way to the front road of the facility to potty.

Prima plek voor kortere tijd, goed gelegen aan de weg naar Sanibel en een nette prijs/kwaliteits verhouding.

De locatie was perfect, 15 minuten rijden tot aan lighthouse beach op Sanibel. Net zwembad en de kamer/badkamer was groot genoeg met lekkere douche.

De vloer was erg vies (handdoeken die op de grond vielen werden grijs) en de hoofdverlichting deed het niet. Er hong ook een vreemd luchtje, waarschijnlijk door de airco.

Op zich oké hotel, fijne uitvalsbasis

Ligging, zwembad.

Meisje aan receptie was op zich vriendelijk maar met een enorm poker face waardoor ze niet zo vriendelijk leek, if you know what I mean… Er waren een aantal werkmannen die ook verbleven daar, denk ik, zij stonden op de galerij een joint te roken waardoor wij op onze kamer ook aardig groen werden…

Good breakfast, room was clean and mostly comfortable pool was mostly clean was great location.

The beds in the accessible rooms were too hard. maybe get an foam pad optional. pool closed to early. 10 would be better. few more options on juice would be great.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter l'île de Sanibel (mais il faut une voiture) Grande piscine + jacuzzi Grande chambre Petit déjeuner Gentillesse incroyable du personnel Service, assistance et conseils de la part des équipes

Ascenseur en panne Propreté moyenne Bruit (nous étions au 3ème étage, porte face au vent) : en plein vent, notre porte faisait énormément de bruit (sifflement de vent) toute la nuit Un groupe de personnes fortement alcoolisées installées avec des bières toute la soirée (20h-22h) dans le jacuzzi alors que nous voulions profiter d'un moment paisible en famille

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean and beautiful updated rooms.The pool area was so nice and large, clean and we were able to eat and play games outside near the pool in an area that was bug free..Great breakfast also..

Das freundliche Personal sowie der große Pool im Innenhof.

Teilweise ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte das eine oder andere renoviert bzw. repariert werden.

No servía el aire de la habitación, muchas cucarachas en la habitación, reserve una habitación con 2 camas y me dieron una con 1 sola cama, fue super incomodo 😔 The air in the room did not work, many cockroaches in the room, I booked a room with 2 beds and they gave me one with only 1 bed, it was super uncomfortable 😔

las camas muy cómodas, el check out es hasta las 12 y la ubicación bastante buena, muy cerca de bunche beach, una playa agreste y tranquila.

La habitación aunque era linda, tenía olor a humedad y la alfombra estaba demasiado sucia.

Huge, amazing resort style pool and hot tub. The renovations updating the hotel rooms surely are refreshing and comfortable…very impressed👍

I called the hotel before I booked the room to ensure that they had a working treadmill. I was told that the work out room had just reopened and all of the equipment was working. I asked again upon arrival and was told the same information. The next morning I obtained the key to the gym from the front desk. None of the equipment was working. I returned to the desk and was then told that due to Covid the equipment was not yet working. Our number one priority in selecting a place to stay is a treadmill. Needless to say that we were more than disappointed to learn that we were lied to.

I think that a refund should be applied as I booked 2 rooms under Barroso. We could not use the pool and the child was extremely disappointed as he did not understand. The air conditioner did not work properly extremely hot and no sufficient lighting in the room and the elevator was not working.I booked for both rooms 2 double queen ( i thought) and got 1 double full. Not a great experience

Dirty. No Amenities, poor and low quality breakfast, no decaff coffee, not even in the room. One iced maker on the 1st floor for the whole hotel ! Elevator smelly and dirty. The room is a good size but smelly. No Ac in the bathroom, dirty carpet. We will not stay there again. We understand Ian was really bad to all Floridians, but if the hotel ia not ready at least, you should offer better deals for what hotel will provide. We read the reviews but still give I a try thinking the hotel will learn from the reviews . I message the hotel from the app the day before the arrival. No replied. It's sad. Hope this time you listen to your guests

Left right after check in. Creepy location, poor quality of rooms, didn’t feel safe to stay there

Creepy location, no directories for room numbers, barely find the room, for some reason in almost empty hotel they gave us room in the very end in the very back, I didn’t feel comfortable to stay there nor to leave my car parked between construction containers in the middle of nowhere. I left about 3 hours after check in. Couldn’t risk my family to stay in such place.

Horrible, disgusting and never ever again!

The room had bed bugs or some type of bugs in and on the bed. I checked in, saw the room, pulled down the bed linens to go to sleep and bugs everywhere on BOTH beds. I took pictures and went to the front desk to check out. Terrible experience. I shouldn't have been surprised when I walked through and passed rooms with all linens stripped and mattresses on the floor in each room. I actually thought "I hope that's not because of bed bugs", but it was because of bed bugs. Your hotel has a very serious problem and these weren't just ones that crawled in and ended up in the bed. It was disgusting. I checked out immediately after and was told I would be refunded minus a $25 fee. Which is HORRIBLE to do to me considering I was so inconvenienced and had to check out at like 1 am and had only checked in 15 minutes prior! Horrible with the fee for something that was YOUR fault - not mine. Never ever again will I stay in a La Quinta and I shared this with the other hotel up the street I stayed in which was wonderful. I also shared it with the locals. I was screwed over with the fee. I will never have anything positive to say about your hotel. I will however, continue to share my experience with La Quinta. Thanks for nothing.

Front desk young lady pleasant and informative. Beds comfy.

Slight odor in room. Understand still recovering from hurricane. Slight in 2nd floor floor..informed front desk. Didn't have fear floor would give out. Hotel's number is wrong on Booking.com. # on Booking.com rings a nice gentleman who stated he gets several(!) calls a day for hotel. Said he informed someone about this. Not resolved.Please fix fix!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible! The pictures on the site look nothing like the location! The staff was not helpful at all!
