I won’t stay again if I can help it.

Bed was comfortable. Overall decent room for the price.

The microwave and refrigerator was dirty. Shower was dirty. Bathroom sink clogged. Staff was rude during checkout regarding collection of the deposit.

Location was near restaurants.

Just about everything else. Front desk was unpleasant upon arrival (annoyed to be checking us in). Everything was worn down and dirty. The room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was so stained with, goodness knows, how many bodily fluids, beverages and food. We would NOT remove our shoes the entire stay! The bathroom was just gross. Stray hairs everywhere! Smears of blood or poop all over the vanity. Used tissues behind the garbage can. We could not even bring ourselves to shower. The bedding seemed clean, or at least we talked ourselves into that thought to get a decent night sleep. We checked in at 11:00 and out at 7:00. Just needed a quick clean place to grab a few hours of sleep on our road trip south. Breakfast was meh. Carbs, carbs, carbs. Bagels, instant oatmeal, garbage coffee. I would recommend spending the extra $30 for a different hotel if I were you.

Worth the stay

Location. Restaurant next door. I slept well. Felt safe. Front desk lady nice and once I got through the line she was quick and efficient.

On the 4th floor by the elevator it smelled terrible. Pretty sure it was one of the rooms by the elevator bc I didn't smell it on down the hall.

I paid $158 for this?!?

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We reserved a suite and the entire room reeked of urine. There were stains all over the couch which was going to be the bed for our daughter. The elevator was broken. The entire property had very sketchy people walking around the parking lot late at night. While we were able to get another room, there were discarded chicken wings under the beds along with other bits of cereal and years of dirt. Disgusting.

Disappointed in this stay compared to others, hope hotel isn't declining

Have enjoyed this hotel before, so was a bit disappointed. Location, Cleanliness and Friendliness of staff was great. Large King bed was superb

no fridge in room, spot where it should be (in cupboard) was just a hole under the shelf and no knob or lock on bathroom door. no way to close it shut

Rooms are run down. Pillows suck .the bed was properly up with a piece of wood .Fridge needs to defrosted.The room needs a deep clean lol..

Accessible room on first floor

Mildew build up in bathroom, accessible room placed furthest away from entrance to hotel, barely any water pressure in hand held shower head to take a shower, stationary shower head wasn't working at all, toilet rarely fully flushed, TV remote difficult to use (especially for the blind or for those with little to no feeling/movement in fingers), no accessible area to take pets to the bathroom, carpet is incredibly difficult to push through in a wheelchair, door by handicap parking spots had a lip that was hard to navigate over especially when carrying luggage in and out.

I like the breakfast selection and convince of stores and restaurants around.

I didn’t like how it smelled in the room. Also there was still trash in the room some was left under the mattress very unsatisfied with the cleaning
