Ive been staying there for 3 weeks and have no problems

The staff is top notch so personable and helpful

The property was back away from the highway so no road noise yet close enough to the main drag

Was ok, could have been better!

The front desk staff were very supportive and helped me book the cab.

The room cleaning was not done even after informing post 3 nights.

No cribs at location even though I paid for one

The rooms were nice, clean and rather large. The hotel itself seemed well maintained and was in a good location

I paid for a crib for my 17 month old son, however when we got there I was told they did not have any at this location, which was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. Also there were only a few (maybe two) vending machines and both were sold out of everything but water and since we got there late that was little annoying.

We just needed a clean place to spend the night in & the room was just fine for that.

My daughter & I both commented that the drapes didn't close to block out the sun in the morning. It would be much better having drapes that cover the window to block out the sun in the morning.

The hotel management is tricky in negative sense. I messaged them if it is possible to cancel 1 of the 2 nights of my booking. It was 18 hours before free cancellation deadline (16.00 pm). If it is possible then I am okay to stay there. But if it is not possible I wanted to cancel totally. Unfortunately they responded me more than 18 hours after that message (i.e. at 16.04 pm). It means I lost my opportunity for free cancellation. It is really tricky. So, be careful.

A warm Edison welcome

Natasha at reception gave us a warm welcome and was always very friendly during our stay.

The keycards do not function properly at the rooms. One had to make several attempts before the door opened.

The Morning Manager was very helpful and nice.

The policy for the app and the facility aren't on the same page. I was asked for a 100.00 dollar despoit. It wasn't stated anywhere on the app or the facility.

At the end I was happy, but my bed's should of been bigger and check out should be 12pm

It was okay , it could be better but it is what it is.

The food got cold to quick , by the time I sit down I needed to warm it back up.
