Clean and comfortable place.

It was clean and comfortable had plenty of parking spots. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall had a positive experience.

Would stay again, just making sure no construction was going on.

Very responsive staff, esp handling their mistake with my reservation. Rooms were clean and comfy.

One of the two rooms we stayed in had construction going at 7am on the morning of our stay. And the banging continued until our check out time at 11am. Very irritating to be awoken by the noise of a hammer!

Quaint little hotel, good for a night or two.

A pleasant stay, did not see any staff, still following COVID protocols.

a couple of things, without seeing staff unable to ask questions. Did not have any Ice available. We had a room in the main building, so we had a shared bathroom, nothing wrong with that but the shower was not really that good, old tub style (1980’s). Could use modernization to a walk in shower that was more accommodating. shower get a 2/10.

For a quick layover stay, this location served my needs. Everything was as expected.

I liked that this location was right off the highway. It was a very easy stop over. There were a few restaurants in the area to choose from, for dinner. The owner/manager was super nice and very easy to reach. He also made sure the shared bathroom was kept very clean, which was very much appreciated. The outside seating area was enjoyable as a few patrons were out, which was also enjoyable.

The bed was just ok, not super comfy. It served its purpose. The wall unit AC did not put out much cool air. Had it been a hot night I would not have slept well. It so happened to be a cool night and I think I would have had better air flow if I had been able to open the window. Cleanliness of room and downstairs common area could have been a little better; there were some cobwebs in corners and some hidden dust bunnies. With that said, I have seen worst!

Superb

The room and lobby were exceptionally clean. Booking was easy and all information was spelled out clearly in the confirmation email. Location is great as it is on the same street as the local Walmart, Dunkin' Donuts and two restaraunts.

The only complaints I have is that there was no staff to be found. When "checking in" there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell and still no one came. I was getting ready to pull my cell phone out and call when I noticed envelopes on the counter. Each of the room keys were in an envelope on the desk with names on them. I found this to be a little unsettling as anyone could just walk into the lobby, pick up and envelope, and let themselves into a room. We spent only one night here and both the internet and television didn't work. I couldn't get a hold of anyone to come fix it as I genuinely don't believe there was any staff present.

Very Satisfied

The room had a nice cozy feel to it. The beds were super comfy. We loved sitting out on the porch. Easy access to everything in town. I would highly recommend the Whitetail Inn to family and friends.

Very poor price-performance ratio

Free coffee in the lobby. Large car park. Large balcony in front of the lobby.

The lobby was unmanned all the time! The keys were hung up and the entrance door was open all the time. No hotel staff were visible! The price-performance ratio is catastrophic. The price of 200 dollars is absolutely unreasonable. The room is old-fashioned and the curtains have holes. In the shower, hot water only came after 5 minutes. However, we cannot rate the hotel rooms on the lower floor (we had a family room on the upper floor)...
