Not worth it for the money!

It had parking?

A/C didn't work great and booking lied and said GREAT LOCATION! Definitely not a great location.

Hair dryer didn't work. Squeaky mattress. Checkin is now in the super 8 motel next door.

Everything wasn't as expected and the roo.s were run down ..staff was like whatever not friendly...pictures are deceiving don't trust them and roaches in the room good thing it was just ti get ready n sleep a couple hours never again!!!

Pleasant

Comfortable bed & clean.

Upon check in , I informed front desk someone would be stopping by to bring my luggage. I invited them in & 3 minutes later came a knock at door from management " throwing them out "! I found it Rude & inhospitable. I was told I wasn't allowed any guests not even for a minute. As if being " Jailed " !!! Am I in America or not ?!

Exceptional

The room was very clean and the best mattress I've ever slept on. The owner Mike was excellent and gave us great customer service. It's not a five star hotel but it was perfect for what we needed.

Very good

Great place to stay in, has plenty of places to go get something to eat around the area and really close. The room was absolutely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows was very soft, great to sleep with, you have enough pillows on the bed.

The floor needs to be mopped and needs a plastic shower curtain to keep the water in the shower. And found a cockroach 🪳 in the room but there was only one that I have seen.

Very good

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. However they are doing updates so not everything is finished. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient but a little rough around the edges.

Very good

Staff was very polite & friendly. Beds were very comfortable & shower had great water pressure and temperature. TV included pay stations like HBO.

The property is older so I could use a little updating (painting chipped/peeling surfaces, etc). Property is next to an apartment complex with dogs that barked a lot, but couldn't hear them from the room.

Superb

I booked this room at Northgate last minute after a disastrous experience at another hotel the previous night, and Northgate was much better! The room here was clean and it's only a 20-minute drive to downtown.

The hairdryer didn't work (out of power?) but otherwise there was no problem.

This was our 2nd stay. When in this area we will use the Northgate Motel again.

Breakfast suspended because of Covid 19 restrictions. There is a McDonalds just south of the motel.

Great place to stay.
