ok for the price

nice location, convenient off highway in Missoula, good price compared to other hotels in Missoula

the room wasn’t super comfortable and the breakfast was just some bad baked goods

Our stay was wonderful and the hotel staff was superb.

The property was in a really great location. The room itself was clean and smelled nice. The staff was amazing and took care of hunting down and personally delivering extra pillows. I was super impressed with how personable and friendly everyone was.

A bit nitpicky but the bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

Disappointing

Too much road/ street noise. Needs more insulation. 1 lamp broken and 2 light bulbs burned out in room.

Not much to like, it had luxury vinyl flooring and that's it.

There was no thermostat control for the baseboard heat. It was about 80 degrees inside. We asked for a couple extra pillows and were told no. Dust bunnies in the corners, 100psi shower, strong enough to be uncomfortable. No updated wall plugs with USB ports. And the kicker was cigarette burns in the bedding from previous tenants so instead of replacing them they're being reused..... Fail.

Pretty much exactly what you would expect for the price.

Close to food and coffee.

Was told by staff there were 150 tv channels. turned on tv and had about 10.

I was in a pinch and this did the job. I really appreciate the staff and how friendly they are.

If you love dive bars, you’ll be cool here. The rates are low, so understand that the motel rooms won’t be 5 star. Location is great, staff is friendly and helpful.

It could use some updating.

it was an experience i would love to enjoy again

Yes it was just the way I thought it was gonna be the staff is awesome great faster customer service was great. I will go back there if I want to and I would choose that hotel motel power over the sleepy inn.

Everything is good . everything met the standards. The staff was really helpful and nice.

The beds were comfy. The lady that checked us in was really nice she had worked long hrs that day and was still pleasant. I don't remember her name but want to make sure she gets praised for working for your company she is the older lady that works there.

No microwave or fridge or coffee pot. The Tv needs to be up a little hire to watch when laying on the bed. Had to get our keys remade every day. There were a few bugs in the room especially in the window area found a few on the floor as well.

We needed a place to sleep and Price was reasonable. The beds were comfortable and staff was accommodating. We have pet allergies and did not react. Breakfast was a Costco muffin and coffee was good.

They had outdoor security cameras but it didn’t look like the greatest coverage.

Excellent property!

We stayed on 5/4/2021. We arrived late and the front desk was very, very friendly and got us checked in quickly. What an adorable room! It was very large, very clean, and very comfortable (my use of “very” is intentional!). The owners have much to be proud of here, and I relayed that sentiment in the morning. This property is in the top 5 of all our stays on The Epic 2021 Road Trip. Would stay again? Absolutely. Grade: A
